Our Cold Air intakes are Designed and Engineered to overcome this factory designed limitations and deliver the maximum airflow with the lowest possible temperatures considering the space constraints.

The BlackBoost Cold Air Intake is designed to seal inside the purpose built Airbox, ensuring an even seal throughout. While also guaranteeing a large surface area for our 4.3in Twin Flow Conical filter to be able to function.

Our 3in Black Powder Coated pipes coupled with the velocity stacks are tried and tested methods to allow as much air as possible to enter the engine. The BlackBoost twin flow filters are purpose-built for maximum airflow and surface area. With a diameter of 4.3in and a height of 8in. These dry filters are guaranteed to give you the best flow and protection.

The Airboxes are laser cut AL panels with high complexity CNC bends assembled with Stainless steel fasteners, finished with layer of High-Quality Black powder coating.

The BlackBoost intake Kit is a Plug and Play solution, works perfectly by itself without other mods and no additional software tuning is necessary.

It also works seamlessly with Turbo Upgrades, Downpipes, Methanol injection and more to provide the necessary airflow to unleash the full capacity of the machine for those targeting 1000+ Whp values.

Flow that airflow smoothly from your intake into the turbo. The Racingline Performance High-Flow Turbo Inlet Pipe for MQB Golf 7 GTI/R plus Audi S3 has been engineered to increase air flow through to the turbocharger as the perfect compliment the R600 Intake System or even the standard airbox.
WHAT IT DOES.

The VWR High-Flow Turbo Inlet Hose is for all MQB 2.0 and 1.8 TSI cars. The reinforced Silicone Inlet Hose has been engineered to increase air flow through to the turbocharger as the perfect compliment our VWR R600 Cold Air Intake or even the standard airbox.  

  • A simple fitment, it replaces the entire restrictive rear factory plastic ‘bellows’ pipe between the airbox and the turbocharger inlet. 
  • The large diameter smooth-flowing silicon hose, crucially with enough compliance to allow for adequate engine movement without causing damage to the intake. 
  • Back-to-back comparisons with the factory pipe on our flow bench reveals an impressive improvement in airflow, and makes this hose a great compliment to the R600 intake.
  • Put simply, you'll be wasting a chunk of the hard-gotten gains from your high-flow intake system if you leave this pipe standard.

CTS Turbo is proud to release the  A90/A91/J29 B58 Toyota Supra Intake. Our intake kit is a complete replacement for the OEM system. The design intent was to create the largest, highest flowing intake on the market. Starting with a massive 6″ velocity stack air filter, the intake features a 4″ aluminum pipe that connects perfectly to the turbo inlet. No restrictions, no problems. MAF sensor is placed into the same orientation as from the factory to provide perfect readings. We also added an extra turbo heatshield in order to keep air intake temperatures as low as possible. Without any extra tuning, peak power gains range from 10 to 15HP (fuel and elevation-dependent). All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound. WHAT DO THEY DO?

Welcome to the ultimate Boost Hose Kit for 2.0 & 1.8TSI MQB vehicles. The RacingLine Boost Hose package replaces the original rubber charge pipes with beautiful smooth-flowing silicone replacements, uniquely reinforced with internal wiring for guaranteed stiffness under the demands of high heat and boost levels.  

  • By minimising restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised routing ensures the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively - moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence 
  • Direct OEM replacement: simply remove the old weak, flexible rubber hoses and replace them with our five-piece kit
  • Pressure tested far beyond the turbo’s capabilities, the system maintains performance under extreme temperature and high-boost conditions 
  • Stepped internal joint transitions give a port-matched laminar airflow path, greatly reducing turbulence versus non-stepped designs
