  • CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V/8Y RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine.

This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory “main catalytic converters”. This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes.

We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound.

Unfortunately, the Check Engine Light will come on after the installation; we strongly recommend using “stage 2” software because the CEL deletes or emulators are not compatible with these cars.

A Milltek Cat Back/GPF Back Exhaust System replaces the rear half of your exhaust from the catalytic converter back or Gasoline Particulate Filter. This gives you the best of both worlds, improved sound and looks, but no worries about legality. Replacing stock pipework with wider, better designed Milltek pipework releases more performance from your cars engine. A new Milltek backbox and silencers will give your car a sporty, but refined sound.

A Cat Back exhaust/GPF Back exhaust hooks up to your factory system behind the main cat or the GPF, replacing the pipework, silencers, and back-boxes with new Milltek kit. Milltek's pipework will be carefully computer designed to increase flow-rate with wider pipework and carefully designed mandrel bends. This means your engine can breathe more freely and means getting the exhaust gasses out is not limiting how quickly it can get air in. A badly designed exhaust can actually reduce torque low down the rev range, but Milltek have the depth of engineering know-how necessary to increase top-end without loss of drivability. Genuine power increases are often achievable with just the exhaust, but it gets really good when the exhaust is paired up with new software and other breathing mods for the engine. Milltek use either hard-wearing T304 Stainless Steel or Titanium. Both are durable and sound great. Milltek put a lot of work into engineering the sound of the exhaust. Anyone can make a car louder. Milltek carefully tune the silencers in the system to offer a sporty, but refined sound. The exhaust is designed to sound fierce when you drive the car hard, but not to drone at idle or when cruising. On some systems there will be a choice of "resonated" or "non-resonated". Resonated typically have either extra or quieter silencers in place and will be quieter. Milltek take fit and build quality very seriously. Any of their exhausts should just fit directly in place of the original equipment. For a great all-round upgrade, that will leave your car road-legal and refined, but increase power and noise a Milltek Cat Back or GPF Back exhaust system is easy to recommend.
All of the knowledge and experience gained while working with various engines from the sports car manufacturer from Stuttgart was poured into this outstanding aftermarket exhaust system. Produced from lightweight titanium, the system uses complex parts meticulously crafted using the in-house titanium foundry to offer perfect acoustics. An instant deepness prevails from the moment the engine is started and as the revs rise, and so does the sensory involvement. At low rpms the exhaust emits a deep, iconic flat-six rumble, moving through a powerful mid-range, which then develops into a rich, strong, and high-frequency acoustic sensation at high revs, perfectly tuned to upshifts, providing a thrilling experience as the higher gears are selected and exhilarating, race-inspired burbles through the downshifts. This sound pattern is achieved with a carefully calculated H-link between the main pipes, which is precisely welded at a selected position. The system has been developed for use on closed-course competition circuits, but there is no compromise on comfort because the tuning of the system eliminates any drone or unwanted flow noise. Power and torque increases have been recorded at +16.6 kW (22.5 hp) and +46.8 Nm at 3,400 rpm when tested in back-to-back runs on the Akrapovič dyno against a Porsche 911 Turbo (992) using the Porsche stock sports exhaust system, with the torque curve offering a perfect response from low down engine speed. The system is not EC/ECE type approved.

The Link pipe set (SS) L-AU/SS/6 is a mandatory product to the Evolution Line (Titanium) S-AU/TI/15H. The system is split into two codes because of packaging requirements. If the Evolution Line exhaust system is combined with the Downpipe / Link pipe set (SS), the link pipe set L-AU/SS/6 is not needed.CTS is proud to announce our Audi C8 RS6/RS7 4.0t Mid Pipes/Resonator Delete kit. This is a direct replacement kit with no modifications required. The 4.0T V8 does sound great, but sometimes even with the valves open it sounds subdued. Our mid pipe kit removes the stock resonator to allow more sound without added drone. The result is excellent, providing a louder and deeper tone to the exhaust note which it should have had from factory. Also, we added a ceramic heat wrap underlay to keep as much heat as possible in the exhaust and out of the engine bay.
