CTS Turbo is pleased to announce the release of our Front Mount Intercooler for the MK2 Audi TT-RS. The CTS Turbo FMIC Kit for the Audi TT-RS is an excellent upgrade for any stock or modified car. Increasing the dimensions of the intercooler core has resulted in significant cooling improvements, including reduced heat soak and reduced charged air temperatures. These improvements can be attributed to our large high-density intercooler core, smooth flowing cast aluminum end tanks. This kit features billet rebar, 4ply silicon couplers, stainless steel T-Bolt clamps and an impressive intercooler core rated to support in excess of 650HP.

| CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe kit for GTI/Golf R/Golf/GLI/A3/S3/TT 2015+ MQB Models. The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel bent 2.5″ aluminum tubing. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharge compressor housing and factory intercooler.
Product Details:
| Boost Cooler water injection can achieve a power increase of up to 10-25% in turbo and supercharged engines without thermally overloading the engine. The charge air temperature is lowered by up to 60°C, the combustion chamber is cooled and the thermal load on already tuned vehicles is effectively reduced.
Water or water/alcohol (methanol or ethanol) is injected at high pressure into the hot charge air in a finely atomised form as soon as the desired starting charge pressure is reached. The evaporating liquid achieves an extremely effective charge air and intercooling, which, among other things, prevents uncontrolled combustion ("knocking"). The effect is demonstrably comparable with 116 octane racing petrol.
The Boost Cooler is unsurpassed in atomisation! The liquid is swirled inside the Hyper-Sonic atomiser nozzle at supersonic speed before being forced through the Venturi orifice. With the included Dual Stage Upgrade, 2 atomiser nozzles are used to inject as early as possible with the primary nozzle and to achieve maximum cooling and performance in peak loads with the switched-on 2nd nozzle.

The biggest issue with the restrictive factory inlet is apparent when you start to increase the power. Our engineers designed the turbo inlet to be as large as possible; yet still fit perfectly. This was accomplished using the latest in 3D scanning and rapid prototyping technology. This results in a 78% increase in volume over the stock turbo inlet.
The larger inlet will provide increased flow to the turbo and make sure your 2.5T has all the air that it needs to operate at maximum capacity! This is one of the largest inlet pipes on the market AND it does not cost you a small fortune.
