  • CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V/8Y RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine.
This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory “main catalytic converters”. This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound. Unfortunately, the Check Engine Light will come on after the installation; we strongly recommend using “stage 2” software because the CEL deletes or emulators are not compatible with these cars. Features: – Large 4.0″ downpipe outlet splitting into dual 2.5″ pipes – Durable 304 food-grade stainless steel – Laser cut flanges and precision machined v-band – Factory-like placement of O2 sensors – Designed using the latest 3D scanning technology – Exhaust flow simulated with CAD software to ensure optimal flow routing – Perfect fit with factory or aftermarket mid-pipes – Aggressive sound – really makes that 2.5T scream – No drone under normal driving conditions – Optional driveshaft removal tool available separately		CTS is proud to announce our Audi C8 RS6/RS7 4.0t Mid Pipes/Resonator Delete kit. This is a direct replacement kit with no modifications required. The 4.0T V8 does sound great, but sometimes even with the valves open it sounds subdued. Our mid pipe kit removes the stock resonator to allow more sound without added drone. The result is excellent, providing a louder and deeper tone to the exhaust note which it should have had from factory. Also, we added a ceramic heat wrap underlay to keep as much heat as possible in the exhaust and out of the engine bay.

Most Euro-spec ROW 2.5T cars come standard with catless midpipes, this is why we decided to create a perfect-fit affordable option to North America! These pipes replace the restrictive secondary catalytic converters allowing the 2.5T engine to breathe easier.  While not offering major performance gains, the exhaust note will be drastically improved. Installation takes less than 1 hour, and we include all required hardware, gaskets and even a set of brand new clamps. Get your exhaust sounding like it should, with more noticeable pops-and-bangs in Sport mode (comfort mode is not affected). Product Details:

We are proud to release the new CTS Turbo 3.5″ Stainless Steel race downpipe for the MK7 Golf R/8V Audi S3.  Unfortunately, the factory downpipe that comes as standard equipment in your car was designed for anything but performance.  The factory downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and therefor has adverse effects on horsepower, especially once your car is “chipped”.  The CTS Turbo downpipe will allow for your exhaust gases to flow smoothly, freeing up the additional ponies that you want, all while look amazing.  Highlights of our downpipe include CNC machined turbine discharge (downpipe) flange, mandrel bent 3″ stainless steel tubing, modular design making installation of a catalytic converter simple and straight forward, smooth transitions allowing for optimal exhaust gas flow. Product Details: -T304 Seamless Stainless Steel tubing -T304 Stainless Steel flanges -100% TIG Welded -T304 Stainless Steel 02 bung -Torca Accuseal Stainless Steel Clamps -Great Sound even with factory exhaust, no drone!! To remove the CEL that will occur, proper tuning software must be used.
Using the optional CEL eliminator greatly reduces the possibility of CEL coming on for cat efficiency code. This is not 100% effective.
We recommend disabling your Soundaktor (noise amplifier) to fully enjoy the true sound of your motor and remove excessive drone caused by the device.
Stage 2 software is required to avoid check engine light.
