Description
By using 3D scanning tech, the tube of the BMW G80 M3/ G82 M4 intake system is built in one piece and smoothly curved to provide a direct path for airflow which they can spool with less drag. If there is miss match or level gap, it will cause air turbulence inside the tube. Therefore we designed the tube not only in one piece but also in a progressive enlargement to allow the airflow smoothly into the turbo inlet to work more efficiently.
The airbox has been designed with a heat shield to isolate the heat from the engine bay and provide as much volume as possible as you can see. And the intake system is built with fine carbon fiber which is a low-density material with a very high strength-to-weight ratio.
Carbon fiber is tough without getting bogged down like steel or aluminum, and it’s one of the strongest of all commercial reinforcing fibers, making it perfect for applications in engine modification. And it has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, meaning that it is less likely to change shape when exposed to heat than other materials. Also, it is naturally resistant to oxidation which means it is well suited for places where it might be exposed to heat.
ARMASPEED’s cold air intake system for BMW G80 M3/ G82 M4 was developed through multiple testing and airflow simulation analyses and it is designed to allow you to gain more horsepower if you want to upgrade to a big turbo in the future which we know that you won’t be satisfied with the speed now. The OEM air box works in conjunction with our heatshield for seamless fitment and performance. Our 5″ high-flow cone air filter with 3″ inlet will maximize airflow for better throttle response and power. You will notice a great improvement in bottom-end torque and mid-range power. Gains of 9-15hp can be seen and further gains with Stage 1 or Stage 2 tuning. We slotted the heat shield to provide some nice turbo sounds to be enjoyed in Sport mode for maximum effect.

The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our single piece CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 8-11HP. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

| CTS Turbo is proud to release the A90/A91/J29 B58 Toyota Supra Intake. Our intake kit is a complete replacement for the OEM system.
The design intent was to create the largest, highest flowing intake on the market.
Starting with a massive 6″ velocity stack air filter, the intake features a 4″ aluminum pipe that connects perfectly to the turbo inlet. No restrictions, no problems. MAF sensor is placed into the same orientation as from the factory to provide perfect readings.
We also added an extra turbo heatshield in order to keep air intake temperatures as low as possible.
Without any extra tuning, peak power gains range from 10 to 15HP (fuel and elevation-dependent).
All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.
