Description

The Burger Motorsports B58 Port Injection Kit is designed to support high-horsepower builds on BMW B58 engines by supplementing the factory direct injection system with additional port fuel delivery. This solution is essential for applications where the OEM fuel system reaches its limits, particularly when running high boost levels, upgraded turbochargers or ethanol blends such as E85.

The kit includes a precision-machined billet intake manifold spacer with integrated fuel rail, allowing additional injectors to be mounted between the intake manifold and cylinder head. This design ensures even fuel distribution across all cylinders while maintaining proper airflow characteristics.

Included in this configuration are 1050cc IDX high-performance fuel injectors, along with a high-quality fuel line system designed to deliver consistent fuel supply under high demand conditions. The injectors provide the necessary fuel volume required for high-power setups and ethanol-based tuning applications.

This version is supplied without a port injection controller, making it suitable for users who already have an external controller solution or are integrating the system with standalone engine management or advanced tuning setups.
