Upon its debut, the Mercedes Benz C63 AMG brought new innovative features to the ever-popular luxury performance car market. Its class quickly made it a sophisticated performance enthusiast favorite. That’s why CSF set out to create a cooling system just as refined as the vehicle itself.

CSF is proud to announce the official release of The Ultimate High-Performance Heat Exchanger for the Mercedes Benz C63 AMG. Mercedes’ 4.0L V8 bi-turbo engine utilizes a charge air cooler system – a water circuit (which flows through a pump into the charge coolers) and a heat exchanger (which uses the water to cool the compressed air).

CSF’s All-Aluminum High-Performance Heat Exchanger is larger and cools the water more efficiently than the OEM plastic/aluminum unit thus helping deliver cooler and denser air through the charge air cooling system increasing power capabilities. In its recent testing, Regal Autosport saw significant performance improvements consisting of up to a 68% reduction in IATs (intake air temperatures) and a 400% improvement in heat soak reduction when compared to stock.

As with all of CSF’s high-performance products, the same degree of engineering that has gone into the effectiveness of each product has gone into other aspects of its quality – from its hand-polished mirror finish to extensive testing and perfect “drop-in” fitment that the CSF name prides itself upon.

The CSF High-Performance Heat Exchanger for ’15-’19 Mercedes Benz AMG is now available.

Freshly developed at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’re proud to launch our uprated front mount intercooler kit with integrated crash bar design (replaces the stock crash bar) aimed at modified Audi RS3 8Y owners who want the very highest level of cooling efficiency, power and performance for track or fast road use. Our solution to increasing the intercooler’s size and performance within the confines of the limited space behind the bumper is based upon a much larger taller stepped core design. This offers a huge 108% increase in overall capacity in comparison to the original intercooler, as well as colossal 125% increase in frontal area over standard, which allows it to make the most of the air flow provided. Together with our high-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks to ensure flow is directed correctly and efficiently, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler offers much greater efficiency and volume over standard and by integrating the crash bar into the design, the intercooler makes full use of the vehicle’s entire front grille area while still retaining the towing eye feature. Available in a high-quality powder coated black finish, the comprehensive kit is a direct replacement and attaches to the original boost pipes and clips. The Racingline Performance Oil Catch Tank & Oil Management System is the ultimate oil separating catch can system for MQB EA888 Gen3 2.0T engine cars.
Not all catch cans are created equal. The Racingline Performance system has a dual function: as well as routing undesirable oil and moisture vapours through a sophisticated system of internal baffles and a fully baffled catch can, the Racingline Performance Oil Catch Can System also takes our track & motorsport experience of these engines to correct the problem of oil build-up in the top of the engine during high-G braking. The kit includes our Engine Breather Plate – just as the Golf and SEAT TCR EA888 touring cars use to avoid the oil surge issue. So not only does the Racingline Peformance Oil Management System condense these vapours into the bottom of the tank, keeping a purer air/fuel mixture and avoiding the problem of slowly filling intercooler and intake pipework with oil. The Engine Breather Plate included in the kit also protects your engine by helping to eradicate oil starvation in very high G braking – an issue when used on track, leading to several engine failures in Racingline Performance UK’s testing experience.

Racingline Performance DSG Oil Cooler System for MQB DQ250 (6 Speed Only) - VWR29G7250

Under hard driving, the factory DSG oil/water cooler is easily overwhelmed. Problems start to occur when oil cannot dissipate its collected heat fast enough and the oil begins to thin and degrade – losing its lubrication properties.

  • When this happens, the DSG will protect itself and begin to lower the torque, increase shift times and in extreme circumstances even loose gear selection.
  • The RacingLine kit solves this problem: by adding in an additional air/oil cooler positioned right in the airflow at the front of the car, oil temperatures are reduced by around 15  – 20   degrees centigrade (of course dependant on how the car is being used, ambient temps and state of tune).
  • The kit uses a clever design which retains the factory oil/water cooling and adds to it with the thermostatically-controlled front-mounted cooler – doubling up your cooling capability when it’s needed with less heat transfer into the water system.
  • Only when the oil exceeds normal temperatures, the thermostat opens. Oil temperature then drops significantly as it is pumped through the densely packed fins of the 10-row cooler’s large surface area mounted right in the cool airflow.

Our unique DSG Oil Cooler Kit is an essential fit for any hard-driven MQB 2.0 TSI car running high power levels or in hot climates. It’s a complete ready to install package, using a clever sandwich plate design for straightforward and completely reliable installation.
