Upon its debut, the Mercedes Benz C63 AMG brought new innovative features to the ever-popular luxury performance car market. Its class quickly made it a sophisticated performance enthusiast favorite. That’s why CSF set out to create a cooling system just as refined as the vehicle itself.
CSF is proud to announce the official release of The Ultimate High-Performance Heat Exchanger for the Mercedes Benz C63 AMG. Mercedes’ 4.0L V8 bi-turbo engine utilizes a charge air cooler system – a water circuit (which flows through a pump into the charge coolers) and a heat exchanger (which uses the water to cool the compressed air).
CSF’s All-Aluminum High-Performance Heat Exchanger is larger and cools the water more efficiently than the OEM plastic/aluminum unit thus helping deliver cooler and denser air through the charge air cooling system increasing power capabilities. In its recent testing, Regal Autosport saw significant performance improvements consisting of up to a 68% reduction in IATs (intake air temperatures) and a 400% improvement in heat soak reduction when compared to stock.
As with all of CSF’s high-performance products, the same degree of engineering that has gone into the effectiveness of each product has gone into other aspects of its quality – from its hand-polished mirror finish to extensive testing and perfect “drop-in” fitment that the CSF name prides itself upon.

The CSF High-Performance Heat Exchanger for ’15-’19 Mercedes Benz AMG is now available. | BlackBoost Performance Engineering - Racing Coolant Thermostat. With our BlackBoost Racing Coolant Thermostat the coolant circulation with the radiator is always at 100% open. The factory coolant thermostat opens at 100°C / 212°F. Only for racing application, not recommended be used under very cold weather conditions. Applicable for: all M156 / M159 engines | The Racingline Performance Oil Catch Tank & Oil Management System is the ultimate oil separating catch can system for MQB EA888 Gen3 2.0T engine cars.Not all catch cans are created equal. The Racingline Performance system has a dual function: as well as routing undesirable oil and moisture vapours through a sophisticated system of internal baffles and a fully baffled catch can, the Racingline Performance Oil Catch Can System also takes our track & motorsport experience of these engines to correct the problem of oil build-up in the top of the engine during high-G braking. The kit includes our Engine Breather Plate – just as the Golf and SEAT TCR EA888 touring cars use to avoid the oil surge issue. So not only does the Racingline Peformance Oil Management System condense these vapours into the bottom of the tank, keeping a purer air/fuel mixture and avoiding the problem of slowly filling intercooler and intake pipework with oil. The Engine Breather Plate included in the kit also protects your engine by helping to eradicate oil starvation in very high G braking – an issue when used on track, leading to several engine failures in Racingline Performance UK’s testing experience.CONFIRMED APPLICATIONS
| Boost Cooler water injection can achieve a power increase of up to 10-25% in turbo and supercharged engines without thermally overloading the engine. The charge air temperature is lowered by up to 60°C, the combustion chamber is cooled and the thermal load on already tuned vehicles is effectively reduced.
Water or water/alcohol (methanol or ethanol) is injected at high pressure into the hot charge air in a finely atomised form as soon as the desired starting charge pressure is reached. The evaporating liquid achieves an extremely effective charge air and intercooling, which, among other things, prevents uncontrolled combustion ("knocking"). The effect is demonstrably comparable with 116 octane racing petrol.
The Boost Cooler is unsurpassed in atomisation! The liquid is swirled inside the Hyper-Sonic atomiser nozzle at supersonic speed before being forced through the Venturi orifice. With the included Dual Stage Upgrade, 2 atomiser nozzles are used to inject as early as possible with the primary nozzle and to achieve maximum cooling and performance in peak loads with the switched-on 2nd nozzle.

| This is the CTS Turbo Direct-Fit intercooler upgrade for VW MQB MK8 GOLF GTI/GOLF R with updated BLACK finish.
It is important to upgrade your intercooler to keep the AIT low and your car running at it’s best. Heat soak from stock or inferior intercoolers will rob you of performance and could lead to pinging/timing pull.
CTS Turbo premium intercooler upgrade is a direct replacement for your factory intercooler. Our intercooler allows you to keep the charged air cold and keep your power consistent. High flowing core allows for minimal pressure drop and allows air to pass through to the radiator.
