CTS Turbo is proud to announce our Cast Aluminum 4″ turbo inlet for 8V Audi RS3/8S Audi TT-RS

The biggest issue with the restrictive factory inlet is apparent when you start to increase the power. Our engineers designed the turbo inlet to be as large as possible; yet still fit perfectly. This was accomplished using the latest in 3D scanning and rapid prototyping technology. This results in a 78% increase in volume over the stock turbo inlet.

The larger inlet will provide increased flow to the turbo and make sure your 2.5T has all the air that it needs to operate at maximum capacity! This is one of the largest inlet pipes on the market AND it does not cost you a small fortune.

  • Precision machined fitment for factory turbo (hybrid turbo fitments coming soon)
  • Factory-style PCV connection
  • Developed, tested and machined in-house
  • Compatible with most aftermarket intakes (3″-4″ reducer or 4″ coupler is required, confirm on vehicle)
  • Not recommended for use with factory air intake pipe (CTS Turbo high-flow pipe for stock air box is available separately)

Our charge pipe kit will also improve the reliability of your B58C engine over the plastic stock part. You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag. The filter itself is available separately from all RacingLine dealers for servicing. Whilst this filter has a much longer service life than the factory paper elements do, we recommend as best-practice to change filter with every oil change.		Freshly developed at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’re proud to launch our uprated front mount intercooler kit with integrated crash bar design (replaces the stock crash bar) aimed at modified Audi RS3 8Y owners who want the very highest level of cooling efficiency, power and performance for track or fast road use. Our solution to increasing the intercooler’s size and performance within the confines of the limited space behind the bumper is based upon a much larger taller stepped core design. This offers a huge 108% increase in overall capacity in comparison to the original intercooler, as well as colossal 125% increase in frontal area over standard, which allows it to make the most of the air flow provided. AIRTEC Part No: ATINTVAG43		This is the CTS Turbo Direct-Fit intercooler upgrade for VW MQB MK8 GOLF GTI/GOLF R with updated BLACK finish. It is important to upgrade your intercooler to keep the AIT low and your car running at it’s best. Heat soak from stock or inferior intercoolers will rob you of performance and could lead to pinging/timing pull. CTS Turbo premium intercooler upgrade is a direct replacement for your factory intercooler. Our intercooler allows you to keep the charged air cold and keep your power consistent. High flowing core allows for minimal pressure drop and allows air to pass through to the radiator. Silicone hoses are included! Features:
