This is the best bolt-on modification that will increase exhaust flow, improve turbocharger spool time and drastically change the sound of your sport SUV.

Made from the highest quality 304 stainless steel for excellent reliability and fitment, these downpipes are made to replace the restrictive factory parts.

  • CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V/8Y RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine.
This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory “main catalytic converters”. This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound. Unfortunately, the Check Engine Light will come on after the installation; we strongly recommend using “stage 2” software because the CEL deletes or emulators are not compatible with these cars. Features: – Large 4.0″ downpipe outlet splitting into dual 2.5″ pipes – Durable 304 food-grade stainless steel – Laser cut flanges and precision machined v-band – Factory-like placement of O2 sensors – Designed using the latest 3D scanning technology – Exhaust flow simulated with CAD software to ensure optimal flow routing – Perfect fit with factory or aftermarket mid-pipes – Aggressive sound – really makes that 2.5T scream – No drone under normal driving conditions – Optional driveshaft removal tool available separately		CTS Turbo has done it once again, we made the perfect cast stainless steel downpipes for the C7 4.0T platform. The CTS Turbo Cast Race Downpipe set for 4.0T Audi C7 (S6/S7/RS7) is a bolt on solution for increased performance. Our downpipe set eliminates the OEM cross over and includes the necessary harness extensions for the O2 sensors. CAD engineered cast stainless steel collector provides unrestricted flow and 3″ piping runs all the way back to the exhaust connection.

This is a direct replacement kit with no modifications required. The 4.0T V8 does sound great, but sometimes even with the valves open it sounds subdued. Our mid pipe kit removes the stock resonator to allow more sound without added drone. The result is excellent, providing a louder and deeper tone to the exhaust note which it should have had from factory. Also, we added a ceramic heat wrap underlay to keep as much heat as possible in the exhaust and out of the engine bay.
