CTS Turbo is proud to introduce high-flow charge pipe upgrade for 2.0TFSI Audi A4/A5/Allroad and Q5.

This aluminum pipe will replace a restrictive plastic charged air pressure pipe located on the left side on the vehicle.

It removes the factory “air charge pulsation damper” for maximum flow and sound! Our charge pipe allows for easy installation of water-methanol injection via integrated 1/8″ NPT bung.

Features:

  • 2.5″ mandrel bent aluminum construction
  • CNC machined MAP sensor bung
  • 1/8″ NPT bung for water/meth injection nozzle
  • Black powdercoat for long lasting finish
  • Direct replacement for OE pressure pipe: 8K0145673AJ
  • Compatible with factory or aftermarket intercooler hoses

Our Turbo Muffler delete replaces the restrictive, power robbing OEM Turbo Muffler, which is designed to reduce turbocharger harmonic noise. Our kit installs in 30 minutes with standard hand tools and fits perfectly. For those of you that want optimal power and boost response, this TMD is your answer. Features:

It’s wise to replace it with an all-aluminum high flowing CTS Turbo charge pipe. Our 2.5″ charge pipe kit will increase flow and improve the reliability of your B9 Audi S4/S5. You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag. Two water/methanol bungs provide an easy way to install injection nozzles. Product Details

CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe for 7-speed DSG MQB vehicles such a MK7.5 VW Golf R and 8V.2 Audi S3 and 8S Audi TT-S.  The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 60mm aluminum tubing. A custom 5-ply silicon coupler makes installation simple! The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharger compressor housing and factory intercooler. Product Details:

The 2.0 TSI Turbo Inlet is an essential addition to your airflow package - ultra-thin-wall, double O-ring flow from intake straight into turbo.
WHAT THE 2.0 TSI TURBO INLET DOES.

A simple fitment, the ultra-thin-wall VWR High-Flow Turbo 90 Inlet is a large diameter, free flowing intake elbow, delicately CNC machined from aluminium billet to replace the small and restrictive plastic factory inlet.

  • The factory inlet forces the airflow to taper right down to pass through a tight and restrictive bend - in other words, terrible for flow. 
  • The RacingLine Turbo 90 is the thinnest-wall construction on the market for highest flow. Twin O-rings ensure the perfect seal. Some of our rivals' less carefully-machined, or even thick cast versions rob valuable airflow.
  • Put simply, without it, you’re wasting much of the potential of your high-flow intake system without fitting the Turbo 90. An essential upgrade!
