Designed using the latest in CAD technology; this part is made to fit perfectly in place of your factory downpipe. Manufactured from T304 stainless steel, hand TIG welded and back-purged to ensure years of reliable performance.

Manufactured using high-grade lightweight titanium, the Evolution Line exhaust system features a specially designed layout with one central and two side mufflers and a collector made from titanium, all leading from stainless steel link pipes with a larger diameter compared to stock and custom-made flex tubes, fully insulated where they attach to the downpipes. A valve on each side muffler controls the flow of gases and aids the fantastic sound produced by the system. Each valve has a housing cast in Akrapovič’s in-house foundry, as does the complex active X-connection, which also features a valve for controlling the exhaust pulses from both sides of the engine. The system is finished with unique carbon fibre/titanium tailpipes – one on each side – with an eye-catching design that has never been used before, with the handmade dynamically shaped carbon fibre outer sleeve perfectly aligned with the sandblasted and coated titanium inner, all giving a powerful and sporty conclusion to this stunning exhaust system. Designed to supply a soundtrack that has been acoustically tuned to perfection at every rev point to give an aural delight from the low-down rumble, through a strong mid-range and onto a high frequency top end with distinctive feel of Akrapovič’s racing heritage, all added to the increased excitement where every downshift is accompanied a sharp rumble. The system has been tuned to provide the occupants the comfort of driving like an everyday commuter with no unwanted drone or excessive noise. Akrapovič has conducted tests on its in-house dyno with the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system, using an Audi RS 6 Avant (C8) with the stock Audi Sport exhaust system for comparison, and a power gain of 15.7 hp (m) at 6150 rpm and a torque increase of 17.9 Nm at 6150 rpm were achieved under controlled conditions and with a weight saving of over 20% against the stock system. This is an ECE compliant system that is a serious performer in all areas. Further changes can be made with the addition of the optional Downpipe / Link pipe set (SS), increased exhaust tuning, and the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit to control the valves in the exhaust and give greater flexibility in the sound the exhaust produces. To give the Evolution Line (Titanium) an even greater visual impact, a handmade carbon fibre diffuser in matte or glossy is available as an option to provide that special finish. The Link pipe set (SS) L-AU/SS/6 is a mandatory product to the Evolution Line (Titanium) S-AU/TI/15H. The system is split into two codes because of packaging requirements. If the Evolution Line exhaust system is combined with the Downpipe / Link pipe set (SS), the link pipe set L-AU/SS/6 is not needed. In this case, the ECE type approval is not valid anymore, and remapping the ECU is mandatory when it is fitted. With the installation of Akrapovič Sound Kit, ECE type approval for the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is not valid.   ECE type approval is only valid for cars equipped with otto/gasoline particulate filter. The exhaust system is compatible with original Audi trailer hitch.

This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory “main catalytic converters”. This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound. Unfortunately, the Check Engine Light will come on after the installation; we strongly recommend using “stage 2” software because the CEL deletes or emulators are not compatible with these cars. A Milltek Cat Back/GPF Back Exhaust System replaces the rear half of your exhaust from the catalytic converter back or Gasoline Particulate Filter. This gives you the best of both worlds, improved sound and looks, but no worries about legality. Replacing stock pipework with wider, better designed Milltek pipework releases more performance from your cars engine. A new Milltek backbox and silencers will give your car a sporty, but refined sound.

A Cat Back exhaust/GPF Back exhaust hooks up to your factory system behind the main cat or the GPF, replacing the pipework, silencers, and back-boxes with new Milltek kit. Milltek's pipework will be carefully computer designed to increase flow-rate with wider pipework and carefully designed mandrel bends. This means your engine can breathe more freely and means getting the exhaust gasses out is not limiting how quickly it can get air in. A badly designed exhaust can actually reduce torque low down the rev range, but Milltek have the depth of engineering know-how necessary to increase top-end without loss of drivability. Genuine power increases are often achievable with just the exhaust, but it gets really good when the exhaust is paired up with new software and other breathing mods for the engine. Milltek use either hard-wearing T304 Stainless Steel or Titanium. Both are durable and sound great. Milltek put a lot of work into engineering the sound of the exhaust. Anyone can make a car louder. Milltek carefully tune the silencers in the system to offer a sporty, but refined sound. The exhaust is designed to sound fierce when you drive the car hard, but not to drone at idle or when cruising. On some systems there will be a choice of "resonated" or "non-resonated". Resonated typically have either extra or quieter silencers in place and will be quieter. Milltek take fit and build quality very seriously. Any of their exhausts should just fit directly in place of the original equipment. For a great all-round upgrade, that will leave your car road-legal and refined, but increase power and noise a Milltek Cat Back or GPF Back exhaust system is easy to recommend.
