Introducing the CTS TURBO F30 N55 Charge Pipe Set for XDRIVE Models (M235i/335i/435i). The OEM charge pipes are prone to failure at STOCK boost levels. The CTS Charge Pipe Kit offers peace of mind, more power, and OE fitment.

Precision CNC machined MAP sensor flange, mandrel-bent aluminum piping. You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag.

This is another original product brought to you by our engineers and in-house fabrication team. The CTS Turbo Muffler delete is a one-piece design, made using precision CAD tools and is CNC machining in house. Cast from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum. Our Turbo Muffler delete replaces the restrictive, power robbing OEM Turbo Muffler, which is designed to reduce turbocharger harmonic noise. Our kit installs in 30 minutes with standard hand tools and fits perfectly. For those of you that want optimal power and boost response, this TMD is your answer. Features:

At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new intercooler charge pipes for the B9 Audi A4, A5, AllRoad 1.8T/2.0T. The OEM charge piping uses a rubber hose as turbo outlet connection and plastic cold-side pipes with a flow-impeding “resonator”. Factory piping is not optimized for performance; so we had to step in and make our charge pipe set of 2.5″ aluminum mandrel-bent tube. Our parts replace soft turbo outlet hose and the small resonated plastic throttle body pipe. All of the components included in the CTS charge pipe set work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, horsepower and torque throughout the entire power-band. By removing the restricting resonator on the cold-side piping, you can enjoy a slight increase in turbo sound! Product Details:

For MQB-platform car using the 1.8T and 2.0T EA888 TSI Engines with the IHI IS20 or IS38 turbo.
WHAT THE TURBO MUFFLER DELETE DOES.

Our Turbo Muffler Delete is a sleek single billet design which replaces the restrictive, power-robbing compressor outlet with a smooth, turbulence free air path exiting the turbo.

  • The standard part is located on the outlet of the turbo compressor and is simply designed to reduce engine bay acoustics.
  • Whilst it subdues the harmonic noises generated by the turbo, it also adds in disruptive turbulence to the airflow right where you don't want it.  
  • By replacing the standard part with our maximum diameter Turbo Muffler Delete, you’ll replace this unwanted restriction with a smooth CFD-developed uninterrupted air path. 
  • The result: noticeably better boost response giving a little more power and throttle reaction, all the while being able to actually hear your turbo working.

It’s wise to replace it with an all-aluminum high flowing CTS Turbo charge pipe. Our 2.5″ charge pipe kit will increase flow and improve the reliability of your B9 Audi SQ5. CTS Turbo is proud to offer our upgraded turbo inlet hose for the MK7+ VW and 8V Audi MQB vehicles.  The factory turbo inlet hose is corrugated with internal ridges that disrupt air flow.  Not only do they reduce air flow, but the plastic can become weak over time causing leaks and reduced performance. The CTS Turbo turbo inlet hose is constructed from 5-ply silicone that will not collapse, even under heavy load. This is MUCH stronger than other inlet hoses offered by different companies. Collapsing intake hose can cause turbo to fail!! The CTS Turbo inlet hose allows for smooth uninterrupted flow and more air pumping through your engine! Features:
