Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM plastic discharge pipe (Part No. 5Q0145840) used on 1.8T and 2.0T engines found in various VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda models. Full mandrel bent single piece hard pipe with larger bore size for increased flow. This ensures high amounts of air are discharged from the turbo charger and therefore releasing the full potential of your engines capabilities. Unlike the OEM discharge pipe that is prone to failure from increased boost or many heat cycles, the Forge Motorsport high flow discharge pipe will not crack or fail - ever. This is backed up by our no quibble Lifetime warranty.
 
 
 
Supplied in black powder coated finish for that OEM look with a choice of hose colours red, blue, or black to compliment the look of your engine bay. No modifications to original equipment are necessary to install this part. This will fit with the stock turbo muffler or with the Forge Motorsport Muffler Delete FMMD2 which will further enhance the benefits of this discharge pipe.   In the box: Hard pipe Silicone Hose Hose Clamps   *NOT COMPATIBLE WITH 7-SPEED DSG MODELS

The CTS MK6 2.0T Direct Fit FMIC Kit is designed as a drop in replacement for the OEM front mounted intercooler (FMIC).  That means you can install this kit without any trimming or modification of the bumper.  The OEM FMIC is adequate for stock boost levels, however once boost levels are increased by way of ECU upgrades/chipping the OEM FMIC struggles to keep the charged air temperatures in check.  Higher charged air temperatures can result in boost cut and timing pull, both reducing the amount of power your vehicle produces. The CTS direct fit FMIC uses a high efficiency bar and plate intercooler core, which aids in reducing pressure drop.  Reducing pressure drop means that your turbo will not have to work as hard to make a given level of boost.  If your turbo makes 30psi of boost pressure in the turbocharger, and your intercooler has a 10psi pressure drop then the boost measured by your ECU would be (30psi – 10psi) = 20psi.  With an efficient FMIC like the CTS direct fit FMIC your turbo does not have to work as hard to reach desired boost levels.  This is beneficial in two ways, the turbo life expectancy is increased due to more efficient operation, and boost leaving the turbocharger is cooler and more dense resulting in more power to the ground. CTS Turbo is proud to announce our Upgraded Aluminum Radiator for the VW/Audi MQB 1.8TSI and 2.0TSI vehicles. The factory radiator is small and not efficient enough to provide sufficient cooling to tuned engines. We designed our radiator to overcome that problem. CTS Turbo radiator has an increased volume over stock, with a dual-pass core was made to be higher flowing and larger than the factory, but still drop into the stock location using all the factory mounting points. To make things even better, this part will eliminate plastic endtanks that are prone to leaks. Keep your MQB running cool and reliably with CTS Turbo Aluminum Radiator. Features:

 		CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe kit for GTI/Golf R/Golf/GLI/A3/S3/TT 2015+ MQB Models.  The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel bent 2.5″ aluminum tubing.  The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharge compressor housing and factory intercooler. CTS Turbo is proud to announce our Cast Aluminum 4″ turbo inlet for 8V Audi RS3/8S Audi TT-RS The biggest issue with the restrictive factory inlet is apparent when you start to increase the power. Our engineers designed the turbo inlet to be as large as possible; yet still fit perfectly. This was accomplished using the latest in 3D scanning and rapid prototyping technology. This results in a 78% increase in volume over the stock turbo inlet. The larger inlet will provide increased flow to the turbo and make sure your 2.5T has all the air that it needs to operate at maximum capacity! This is one of the largest inlet pipes on the market AND it does not cost you a small fortune. Features:
  • 4″ cast aluminum turbo inlet pipe
  • Precision machined fitment for factory turbo (hybrid turbo fitments coming soon)
