The CTS Turbo Golf R Turbo Outlet Pipe (TOP) is designed to replace the narrow ‘pancake’ pipe that comes as factory equipment on your vehicle.

Our Turbo Outlet Pipe features 2.25″ diameter aluminum tube for optimized flow.  The CNC machined billet mating flange makes connecting this TOP to your FMIC literally a snap.  The billet anodized turbo to TOP connector, 2.25″ coupler and premium clamps top this package off.  If you’re looking for a simple bolt-on modification that will optimize flow and increase power, then this part is for you.

WHAT THE TURBO MUFFLER DELETE DOES.

Our Turbo Muffler Delete is a sleek single billet design which replaces the restrictive, power-robbing compressor outlet with a smooth, turbulence free air path exiting the turbo.

  • The standard part is located on the outlet of the turbo compressor and is simply designed to reduce engine bay acoustics.
  • Whilst it subdues the harmonic noises generated by the turbo, it also adds in disruptive turbulence to the airflow right where you don't want it.  
  • By replacing the standard part with our maximum diameter Turbo Muffler Delete, you’ll replace this unwanted restriction with a smooth CFD-developed uninterrupted air path
  • The result: noticeably better boost response giving a little more power and throttle reaction, all the while being able to actually hear your turbo working.

Introducing our TTE700 performance turbocharger based on the original EA855 DAZA turbocharger to new higher output specification for fitment to the older generation cars. Offering an upgrade to over 600PS on pump petrol.

Engineered & Enhanced

At the core of our TTE700 is a much larger TTE compressor wheel, chosen because it is highly efficient and creates an extremely high flow for comparative size. Re-Profiled compressor cover to optimised tolerance to ensure maximum compressor efficiency is given.

We CNC mill the exhaust turbine housing to accept a larger turbine and shaft. Special profile 360 deg high-performance motorsport journal bearing is fitted, to remain durable at higher loads with no loss in transient response. The actuator used is sprung OE unit

If ordering new, we use the latest generation of BorgWarner original turbochargers with the latest spec Audi thermal heat isolation shielding on the exhaust manifold & turbine housing to lower engine bay temperatures and ensure the best performance and safety.

Please note if you send an older generation turbo, without the original AUDI thermal shielding for the "upgrade" process, we will rework your turbo and return without the shielding, unless you buy the extra thermal Isolation process.  Depending on stock availability we may substitute TTE thermal shielding and give AUDI original thermal shielding instead. 

We cannot upgrade the ORIGINAL K16 CEPA, CEPB OR CZGB Turbo to this stage, Biggest possible for the K16 is the TTE500+ Upgrade Turbocharger

Equilibrium Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in-house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial numbered balance test result document.

  • This turbocharger is far from Plug&Play fitment. Fabrication skill and adaption or custom parts are required. 
Introducing the CTS TURBO J-Pipe forBMW F80, F82, F83 M3/M4 and F87 M2 COMPETITION (S55). The plastic OEM chargepipe is prone to failure at STOCK boost levels. CTS Turbo J-Pipe offers more air flow into the throttle body and a fully-welded solid design. OE fitment and peace of mind at any boost level. We added two meth bungs for those who are wanting to use water-methanol injection. Measuring at consistent 3″ ID, this is the largest throttle body j-pipe on the market. You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag. Product Details:

TTE IS38Race IHI Turbocharger   Many of our customers have been asking for a motorsport IS38 turbocharger, Well here it is! TTE IS38Race Turbocharger is based on the Original Genuine IHI IS38 turbocharger for the EA888.3 2.0TSI VAG Engine, not a cheap aftermarket clone IS38 turbo that are available from others and not disclosed. A TTE IS38Race has a TTE upgrade performance bearing pack and motorsport balanced TTE core using the IHI Bearing housing and IHI IS38 turbine and Genuine IHI IS38 compressor wheel giving a reliable performance at higher boost levels as used on Stage 1 & 2 software calibrations from all software providers.  We also include our TTE CNC silencer delete, removing the original baffle internals and fitting a new billet straight through section to improve the flow and enhance the sound.
