At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the VW MK7/7.5 VW Golf R, 8V/8V.2 Audi S3/TTS without SAI (secondary air injection) is ready!

This is the largest intake available, and it is excellent for tuned vehicles that require the extra airflow.

The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our air intake system.  Air then flows through our 3.5″ high flow air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing.  Our 3.5″ CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air directly into the engine, minimizing turbulence from unnecessary connections. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

Peak power gains range from 10-15HP on an otherwise stock vehicle. We recommend disabling your Soundaktor (noise amplifier) to fully enjoy the true sound of your motor and remove excessive drone caused by the device.

Introducing the Burger Motorsports Competition Cold Air Intake for the Gen 2 B58 powered 2019-2023 BMW M340i, 2022+ M440i, and 2022+ M240i, including xDrive models.  Designed from the ground up to be the best in every aspect with over a year invested in street and track testing. This is the first intake for the Gen 2 B58 that follows a clean OEM+ look and materials but has the intoxicating sound and performance of an open intake. Inside, you'll find our proprietary renewable inverted cone performance filter; outside, you'll find unsurpassed OEM fitment, materials, and quality. The BMS competition intake has a clear window on top for quick filter inspection, uses the OEM cold air inlet, and has a huge inlet hole on the cold side of the airbox for more air and even more fantastic sound! WHAT DO THEY DO?

Welcome to the ultimate Boost Hose Kit for 2.0 & 1.8TSI MQB vehicles. The RacingLine Boost Hose package replaces the original rubber charge pipes with beautiful smooth-flowing silicone replacements, uniquely reinforced with internal wiring for guaranteed stiffness under the demands of high heat and boost levels.  

  • By minimising restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised routing ensures the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively - moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence 
  • Direct OEM replacement: simply remove the old weak, flexible rubber hoses and replace them with our five-piece kit
  • Pressure tested far beyond the turbo’s capabilities, the system maintains performance under extreme temperature and high-boost conditions 
  • Stepped internal joint transitions give a port-matched laminar airflow path, greatly reducing turbulence versus non-stepped designs

The RacingLine Boost Hose Kit is probably the only one on the market which comes with five hoses included – although you will only need to fit four of them. The choice of which Turbo Outlet Pipe (bottom) depends whether the car is pre- or post-2017. It’s really easy to choose which to use:  it’s either long or short depending on what OEM pipe is removed, meaning that (unlike other kits) you can’t really get this wrong!  Designed to work in perfect harmony with the Racingline MQB Intercooler
