CTS Turbo is proud to release our high flow Turbo Muffler delete for facelift B9.5 Audi A4, A5, A6 and Q5 2.0T (2020-2023).

We collaborated with Sheepey Race to create this original product. CTS Turbo and Sheepey Race created and tested this part and we are both very excited to offer this product to our customers world-wide.

The Turbo Muffler Delete is a one-piece design, made using precision CAD tools; and is CNC machined in house from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum.

Our Turbo Muffler delete replaces the restrictive, power robbing OEM Turbo Muffler, which is designed to reduce turbocharger harmonic noise by introducing air turbulence to the charged air.

Our kit installs in less than 30 minutes with standard hand tools and fits perfectly. Simply remove the right side intercooler hose, undo the 3 bolts and replace the factory part with this shiny billet turbo outlet fitting.

For those of you that want optimal power and boost response, this T.M.D. is your answer.

Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM plastic discharge pipe (Part No. 5Q0145840) used on 1.8T and 2.0T engines found in various VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda models. Full mandrel bent single piece hard pipe with larger bore size for increased flow. This ensures high amounts of air are discharged from the turbo charger and therefore releasing the full potential of your engines capabilities. Unlike the OEM discharge pipe that is prone to failure from increased boost or many heat cycles, the Forge Motorsport high flow discharge pipe will not crack or fail - ever. This is backed up by our no quibble Lifetime warranty.
 
 
 
Supplied in black powder coated finish for that OEM look with a choice of hose colours red, blue, or black to compliment the look of your engine bay. No modifications to original equipment are necessary to install this part. This will fit with the stock turbo muffler or with the Forge Motorsport Muffler Delete FMMD2 which will further enhance the benefits of this discharge pipe.   In the box: Hard pipe Silicone Hose Hose Clamps   *NOT COMPATIBLE WITH 7-SPEED DSG MODELS

Racingline Performance DSG Oil Cooler System for MQB DQ250 (6 Speed Only) - VWR29G7250

Under hard driving, the factory DSG oil/water cooler is easily overwhelmed. Problems start to occur when oil cannot dissipate its collected heat fast enough and the oil begins to thin and degrade – losing its lubrication properties.

  • When this happens, the DSG will protect itself and begin to lower the torque, increase shift times and in extreme circumstances even loose gear selection.
  • The RacingLine kit solves this problem: by adding in an additional air/oil cooler positioned right in the airflow at the front of the car, oil temperatures are reduced by around 15  – 20   degrees centigrade (of course dependant on how the car is being used, ambient temps and state of tune).
  • The kit uses a clever design which retains the factory oil/water cooling and adds to it with the thermostatically-controlled front-mounted cooler – doubling up your cooling capability when it’s needed with less heat transfer into the water system.
  • Only when the oil exceeds normal temperatures, the thermostat opens. Oil temperature then drops significantly as it is pumped through the densely packed fins of the 10-row cooler’s large surface area mounted right in the cool airflow.

Why fit a DSG Cooler Kit?

Our unique DSG Oil Cooler Kit is an essential fit for any hard-driven MQB 2.0 TSI car running high power levels or in hot climates. It’s a complete ready to install package, using a clever sandwich plate design for straightforward and completely reliable installation.

Our solution to increasing the intercooler’s size and performance within the confines of the limited space behind the bumper is based upon a much larger taller stepped core design. CTS Turbo is proud to announce our Cast Aluminum 4″ turbo inlet for 8V Audi RS3/8S Audi TT-RS The biggest issue with the restrictive factory inlet is apparent when you start to increase the power. Our engineers designed the turbo inlet to be as large as possible; yet still fit perfectly. This was accomplished using the latest in 3D scanning and rapid prototyping technology. This results in a 78% increase in volume over the stock turbo inlet. The larger inlet will provide increased flow to the turbo and make sure your 2.5T has all the air that it needs to operate at maximum capacity! This is one of the largest inlet pipes on the market AND it does not cost you a small fortune. Features:
