This uprated intercooler has been designed for the BMW vehicles with the N55 3.0 single turbo engine and N54 twin turbo engine, we have again managed to retain a very easy installation (taking less than 45 minutes with no need to remove the bumper), but also NO cutting of any bodywork. With our testing results indicating a temperature drop of 25°C and of course the increase in power that you would expect from a much larger cooler charge, plus the ability to install this on your driveway at home, we have a truly excellent product.

After considerable trials with different intercoolers cores, we have again opted for a core of bar and plate design, and along with an overall increase in dimensions we have been able to drastically improve the cooling ability when compared to the factory intercooler. In the construction, we use CNC machined bayonet couplers which allow an easy plug and play install. The intercooler is supplied with easy to follow instructions.

Our before and after Dyno runs clearly show, not only the power increase, but the significant reduction in intake temperature.

Freshly developed at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’re proud to launch our uprated front mount intercooler kit with integrated crash bar design (replaces the stock crash bar) aimed at modified Audi RS3 8Y owners who want the very highest level of cooling efficiency, power and performance for track or fast road use. Our solution to increasing the intercooler’s size and performance within the confines of the limited space behind the bumper is based upon a much larger taller stepped core design. This offers a huge 108% increase in overall capacity in comparison to the original intercooler, as well as colossal 125% increase in frontal area over standard, which allows it to make the most of the air flow provided. Together with our high-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks to ensure flow is directed correctly and efficiently, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler offers much greater efficiency and volume over standard and by integrating the crash bar into the design, the intercooler makes full use of the vehicle’s entire front grille area while still retaining the towing eye feature. Available in a high-quality powder coated black finish, the comprehensive kit is a direct replacement and attaches to the original boost pipes and clips. CTS Turbo is proud to announce our Cast Aluminum 4″ turbo inlet for 8V Audi RS3/8S Audi TT-RS The biggest issue with the restrictive factory inlet is apparent when you start to increase the power. Our engineers designed the turbo inlet to be as large as possible; yet still fit perfectly. This was accomplished using the latest in 3D scanning and rapid prototyping technology. This results in a 78% increase in volume over the stock turbo inlet. The larger inlet will provide increased flow to the turbo and make sure your 2.5T has all the air that it needs to operate at maximum capacity! This is one of the largest inlet pipes on the market AND it does not cost you a small fortune. Features:

The OEM Charge pipping leaves something to be desired with inefficient bends, and blockages not optimized for performance. The CTS Turbo throttle pipe increases the entire diameter to 2.5″ allowing for increased flow and greater performance. The integrated water methanol bung (1/8″ NPT) allows for simple and straight forward installation of kits from Snow Performance. All of the components included in the CTS throttle pipe kit work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, horsepower, and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound. WHY FIT?

To fit our Oil Management Kit on Golf 7R and Audi S3 models, you will also need this Remote Washer Refill Kit.

Golf 7R and some early Audi S3 models have a different windscreen washer bottle fitment to the other MQB cars, with the reservoir located on the right of the vehicle compared to the majority of MQB models which have the washer bottle on the left.

For these cars with right-hand reservoirs, this is located where the Catch Can will be mounted. The kit replaces the top half of the factory washer bottle to still allow you to refill your washer fluid easily and neatly.

Included is a beautifully high-gloss filler cap which locates conveniently on the front panel using the bracket provided

Many owners prefer the appearance of our Remote Washer Refill and of course this can be fitted without having the RacingLine Oil Management kit installed.
