All Forge panel filters are supplied with a very light spray misting of retention oil to stop ingress of particles and dust and deliver outstanding filtration and performance.
It gives us great pleasure to introduce after high demand by the enthusiast a direct OEM replacement panel filter range for an array of performance engines.
After years of testing and developing high performance induction kits Forge Motorsport have now released a range of OEM replacement pleated panel filters. With over 25 years of experience in the field of automotive and motorsport filtration, we sought one of the world leaders in filter manufacturing to create a range of performance panel filters of superior quality to add to our catalogue of world leading products. We tested many different filter mediums and constructions to provide you the customer with the best filter possible.
The filters are made using a high-quality, high-flow, synthetic nanofiber filtration media which is then pleated to maximise the effective surface area which in turn increases air flow. This was tested up against many other medias to where we found the synthetic nanofiber filtration media outperformed all others.
Forge Motorsport panel filters are a lifetime washable product, we recommend cleaning your filter every 10,000 miles or every year (whichever comes first). On top of saving you money on replacing the OEM paper filter annually, the filter being washable and more importantly reusable is much better for the environment. We designed our system to work in conjunction with the OEM air scoop to seamlessly force cold air into the air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow 6″ velocity stack air filter for maximum engine performance.
Our single-piece proprietary moulded silicone couplers allows for smooth entry of air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 10-12HP on a stock car.
All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound. Turbo spool up and diverter valve release are a lot louder!

The OEM air box works in conjunction with our heatshield for seamless fitment and performance. Our 5″ high-flow cone air filter with 3″ inlet will maximize airflow for better throttle response and power. You will notice a great improvement in bottom-end torque and mid-range power. Gains of 9-15hp can be seen and further gains with Stage 1 or Stage 2 tuning. We slotted the heat shield to provide some nice turbo sounds to be enjoyed in Sport mode for maximum effect.
