Following the success of our performance inlet tract FMTIA5 for the UKs RHD variant, Forge Motorsport are proud to offer the long awaited high flow intake solution for the revised 2021 onwards LHD MQB platform 2.0 DNF code engines with the continental turbo charger and higher output engine. We have developed many VW performance parts for various models, and this product replaces the restrictive plastic inlet pipe, with our smooth bore multi-ply Forge silicone hose which increases air flow, improving efficiency and car performance. This equates to increases of up to 8bhp, which is a remarkable gain for an easy to fit bolt on modification.
The Forge developed turbo inlet adaptor improves your vehicles airflow in several ways; designed in a similar way to a conventional velocity stack it directs the air into your turbo charger and allows more air to be compressed due to its larger capacity. This has a positive effect on accelerating your vehicle after long deceleration or in between gear changes due to more air being kept within the intake system. We have supplied silicone hoses for cars for many years, and you’ll find plastic OEM inlet hose has ribs and steps within the bore causing turbulence and disturbing the airflow. Our experience in product development means our large Forge Motorsport silicone turbo inlet hose has increased flow over the standard item and testing on the dyno certainly represent the huge benefits from such a well-engineered product.
The Forge inlet pipe fits directly to the factory airbox along with most aftermarket performance intakes. The hours of development and testing are translated into the results you can feel; when on the throttle this is a component which has proven adds extra power. A Simple swap on the dyno to our FMTIA9 proved to enhance power and lower throttle response with gains of 8+ BHP and 11 lb/ft Torque at peak RPM along with around 5 lbft and 6 BHP in the midrange.
This is a simple installation and a modification that releases even more power from the VAG motor and fitting takes typically around 40 minutes. As with all Forge Motorsport products it includes a full set of comprehensive installation instructions to make fitting as straightforward as possible.
Coupled with our performance Forge induction kit FMINDK40 gains of 16 BHP can be expected on a stock vehicle. With the VW Golf Rs ECU now being cracked this performance part is a must have if you are considering a software recalibration. This performance intake solution is available in black, blue, or red.

Many of our customers have been asking for a motorsport IS38 turbocharger, Well here it is!
TTE IS38Race Turbocharger is based on the Original Genuine IHI IS38 turbocharger for the EA888.3 2.0TSI VAG Engine, not a cheap aftermarket clone IS38 turbo that are available from others and not disclosed.
A TTE IS38Race has a TTE upgrade performance bearing pack and motorsport balanced TTE core using the IHI Bearing housing and IHI IS38 turbine and Genuine IHI IS38 compressor wheel giving a reliable performance at higher boost levels as used on Stage 1 & 2 software calibrations from all software providers. We also include our TTE CNC silencer delete, removing the original baffle internals and fitting a new billet straight through section to improve the flow and enhance the sound.
This is a direct swap from a standard IS38 so no remap or special calibration required vs standard is38 software.
Precisely balancing the IS38Race turbocharger is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts balance machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA is dynamically balanced, but this time depending on the application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. A balance report document is supplied with your TTE IS38Race for your reassurance.

 | CTS Turbo is proud to offer our upgraded turbo inlet hose for the MK7+ VW and 8V Audi MQB vehicles. The factory turbo inlet hose is corrugated with internal ridges that disrupt air flow. Not only do they reduce air flow, but the plastic can become weak over time causing leaks and reduced performance.
The CTS Turbo turbo inlet hose is constructed from 5-ply silicone that will not collapse, even under heavy load. This is MUCH stronger than other inlet hoses offered by different companies. Collapsing intake hose can cause turbo to fail!!

| At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new intercooler charge pipes for the B9 Audi A4, A5, AllRoad 1.8T/2.0T.
The OEM charge piping uses a rubber hose as turbo outlet connection and plastic cold-side pipes with a flow-impeding “resonator”. Factory piping is not optimized for performance; so we had to step in and make our charge pipe set of 2.5″ aluminum mandrel-bent tube. Our parts replace soft turbo outlet hose and the small resonated plastic throttle body pipe.
All of the components included in the CTS charge pipe set work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, horsepower and torque throughout the entire power-band. By removing the restricting resonator on the cold-side piping, you can enjoy a slight increase in turbo sound!

| CTS Turbo is excited to announce the release of the B9 Audi S4/S5 3.0T TFSI charge pipe upgrade kit. Factory pipe that connects intercooler to the throttle body is made of brittle plastic. It’s wise to replace it with an all-aluminum high flowing CTS Turbo charge pipe.
Our 2.5″ charge pipe kit will increase flow and improve the reliability of your B9 Audi S4/S5. You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag.
Two water/methanol bungs provide an easy way to install injection nozzles.
