BlackBoost Performance Engineering – Racing Coolant Thermostat.
With our BlackBoost Racing Coolant Thermostat the coolant circulation with the radiator is always at 100% open. The factory coolant thermostat opens at 100°C / 212°F.
Only for racing application, not recommended be used under very cold weather conditions.

Applicable for: all M157 / M278 engines | CTS Turbo is pleased to offer the ultimate high flow throttle pipe kit for the MQB model range vehicles. The OEM Charge pipping leaves something to be desired with inefficient bends, and blockages not optimized for performance. The CTS Turbo throttle pipe increases the entire diameter to 2.5″ allowing for increased flow and greater performance. The integrated water methanol bung (1/8″ NPT) allows for simple and straight forward installation of kits from Snow Performance. All of the components included in the CTS throttle pipe kit work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, horsepower, and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

The factory radiator is small and not efficient enough to provide sufficient cooling to tuned engines. We designed our radiator to overcome that problem. CTS Turbo radiator has an increased volume over stock, with a dual-pass core was made to be higher flowing and larger than the factory, but still drop into the stock location using all the factory mounting points. To make things even better, this part will eliminate plastic endtanks that are prone to leaks.

The biggest issue with the restrictive factory inlet is apparent when you start to increase the power. Our engineers designed the turbo inlet to be as large as possible; yet still fit perfectly. This was accomplished using the latest in 3D scanning and rapid prototyping technology. This results in a 78% increase in volume over the stock turbo inlet.
