Essential for fitting the RacingLine Oil Management kit on Golf 7R and Audi S3+
WHY FIT?

To fit our Oil Management Kit on Golf 7R and Audi S3 models, you will also need this Remote Washer Refill Kit.

  • Golf 7R and some early Audi S3 models have a different windscreen washer bottle fitment to the other MQB cars, with the reservoir located on the right of the vehicle compared to the majority of MQB models which have the washer bottle on the left.
  • For these cars with right-hand reservoirs, this is located where the Catch Can will be mounted. The kit replaces the top half of the factory washer bottle to still allow you to refill your washer fluid easily and neatly.
  • Included is a beautifully high-gloss filler cap which locates conveniently on the front panel using the bracket provided
  • Many owners prefer the appearance of our Remote Washer Refill  and of course this can be fitted without having the RacingLine Oil Management kit installed.

Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM plastic discharge pipe (Part No. 5Q0145840) used on 1.8T and 2.0T engines found in various VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda models. Full mandrel bent single piece hard pipe with larger bore size for increased flow. This ensures high amounts of air are discharged from the turbo charger and therefore releasing the full potential of your engines capabilities. Unlike the OEM discharge pipe that is prone to failure from increased boost or many heat cycles, the Forge Motorsport high flow discharge pipe will not crack or fail - ever. This is backed up by our no quibble Lifetime warranty.
 
 
 
Supplied in black powder coated finish for that OEM look with a choice of hose colours red, blue, or black to compliment the look of your engine bay. No modifications to original equipment are necessary to install this part. This will fit with the stock turbo muffler or with the Forge Motorsport Muffler Delete FMMD2 which will further enhance the benefits of this discharge pipe.   In the box: Hard pipe Silicone Hose Hose Clamps   *NOT COMPATIBLE WITH 7-SPEED DSG MODELS

Boost Cooler water injection can achieve a power increase of up to 10-25% in turbo and supercharged engines without thermally overloading the engine. The charge air temperature is lowered by up to 60°C, the combustion chamber is cooled and the thermal load on already tuned vehicles is effectively reduced. Water or water/alcohol (methanol or ethanol) is injected at high pressure into the hot charge air in a finely atomised form as soon as the desired starting charge pressure is reached. The evaporating liquid achieves an extremely effective charge air and intercooling, which, among other things, prevents uncontrolled combustion ("knocking"). The effect is demonstrably comparable with 116 octane racing petrol. The Boost Cooler is unsurpassed in atomisation! The liquid is swirled inside the Hyper-Sonic atomiser nozzle at supersonic speed before being forced through the Venturi orifice. With the included Dual Stage Upgrade, 2 atomiser nozzles are used to inject as early as possible with the primary nozzle and to achieve maximum cooling and performance in peak loads with the switched-on 2nd nozzle.

Racingline VWR Oil Cooler Replacement Filter - VWR180001
  • 5 times the flow of comparable paper oil filters
  • Consistent filtering across the entire filter surface

The filter itself is available separately from all RacingLine dealers for servicing. Whilst this filter has a much longer service life than the factory paper elements do, we recommend as best-practice to change filter with every oil change.		The High-Performance All-Aluminum Auxiliary Radiators work in conjunction with the rest of the cooling system to reduce temperatures throughout. This is critical as the Auxiliary Radiators not only help keep engine water temperatures lower, but also are utilized as the heat exchange medium in the air-to-water charge-air coolers for the turbocharger system to reduce intake air temperatures (IATs). Overall, the Auxiliary Radiators larger capacity prolongs the heat soak threshold and assists in keeping temperatures in optimal ranges.
