MERCEDES AMG TTE560 A45 / A45 S / CLA / GLA M139

TTE’s First hybrid turbocharger for the M139 AMG 2.0 Inline 4 cylinder engine.

Stage 1 hybrid using a larger a BorgWarner compressor and still keeping the original exhaust turbine and original ball bearing system so is focused on daily fast boost response with motorsport durability.

Equilibrium

Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on the application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in-house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial numbered balance test document.

TTE IS38Race IHI Turbocharger   Many of our customers have been asking for a motorsport IS38 turbocharger, Well here it is! TTE IS38Race Turbocharger is based on the Original Genuine IHI IS38 turbocharger for the EA888.3 2.0TSI VAG Engine, not a cheap aftermarket clone IS38 turbo that are available from others and not disclosed. A TTE IS38Race has a TTE upgrade performance bearing pack and motorsport balanced TTE core using the IHI Bearing housing and IHI IS38 turbine and Genuine IHI IS38 compressor wheel giving a reliable performance at higher boost levels as used on Stage 1 & 2 software calibrations from all software providers.  We also include our TTE CNC silencer delete, removing the original baffle internals and fitting a new billet straight through section to improve the flow and enhance the sound. This is a direct swap from a standard IS38 so no remap or special calibration required vs standard is38 software.   Precisely balancing the IS38Race turbocharger is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. CTS Turbo is proud to release our F-series BMW B58 GEN1 turbo inlet pipe for M140i/M240i/340i/440i. We designed our inlet to work with our intake system and it is compatible with the OEM intake system. Our inlet will provide more sound and flow compared to stock. This will improve throttle response, more power and reliability. Simple installation takes 10 minutes and can be done using basic hand tools. Product features:

Introducing our TTE700 performance turbocharger based on the original EA855 DAZA turbocharger to new higher output specification for fitment to the older generation cars. Offering an upgrade to over 600PS on pump petrol.

Engineered & Enhanced

At the core of our TTE700 is a much larger TTE compressor wheel, chosen because it is highly efficient and creates an extremely high flow for comparative size. Re-Profiled compressor cover to optimised tolerance to ensure maximum compressor efficiency is given.

We CNC mill the exhaust turbine housing to accept a larger turbine and shaft. Special profile 360 deg high-performance motorsport journal bearing is fitted, to remain durable at higher loads with no loss in transient response. The actuator used is sprung OE unit

If ordering new, we use the latest generation of BorgWarner original turbochargers with the latest spec Audi thermal heat isolation shielding on the exhaust manifold & turbine housing to lower engine bay temperatures and ensure the best performance and safety.

Please note if you send an older generation turbo, without the original AUDI thermal shielding for the "upgrade" process, we will rework your turbo and return without the shielding, unless you buy the extra thermal Isolation process.  Depending on stock availability we may substitute TTE thermal shielding and give AUDI original thermal shielding instead. 

We cannot upgrade the ORIGINAL K16 CEPA, CEPB OR CZGB Turbo to this stage, Biggest possible for the K16 is the TTE500+ Upgrade Turbocharger

TTE700 EVO UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER FOR RS3 8V.2 & 8Y / TTRS 8S DAZA, DNWA, DNWC

A TTE700 Is an original RS3 8V.2/TTRS 8S turbocharger that we the THETURBOENGINEERS Rework to make amazing performance yet still plug & play fitting with an upgrade inlet. To make a TTE700 the compressor wheel is exchanged for a TTE milled aluminum wheel with state-of-the-art geometry, 7+7 blade, and of a much larger size, so producing extra power. Equally, we change the original exhaust turbine for a far larger but very lightweight 9 blade TTE designed the turbine for lower exhaust gas backpressure giving greater performance. We also fitted a TTE motorsport upgrade bearing system for durability. Boost response as always is focused on when we were designing this unit and it does not disappoint.

If ordering new, we use the latest generation of BorgWarner original turbochargers with the latest spec Audi thermal heat isolation shielding on the exhaust manifold & turbine housing to lower engine bay temperatures and ensure the best performance and safety.

CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe for 7-speed DSG MQB vehicles such a MK7.5 VW Golf R and 8V.2 Audi S3 and 8S Audi TT-S.  The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 60mm aluminum tubing. A custom 5-ply silicon coupler makes installation simple! The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharger compressor housing and factory intercooler. Product Details:
