We are proud to introduce our VRSF 3″ Race Downpipes for the S63 F10/F12 M5 & M6 which feature a CNC stainless steel v-band to pipe transition. These 3″ downpipes are the best bang for the buck mod available for your S63, with gains from 50hp & 60tq when tuned. By eliminating the restrictive catalytic converters in the factory downpipes, backpressure is reduced significantly which results in faster spool, an increase in power & a more aggressive exhaust note.

Rather than necking down closer to the turbos like most of our competitors, our 3″ race downpipe feature a full 3″ design up to the last couple of inches of the pipe which allows a greater increase in flow. Our 3″ downpipes are hand crafted from SS304 stainless steel and include a lifetime warranty & our “No Hassle” satisfaction guarantee which includes fitment & defects.

We also offer ceramic coating services on these utilizing Cerakotes High Temperature Ceramic coating, made to withstand temperatures up to 1800F. Please note that while we do offer a lifetime warranty on the downpipes, we only offer a 1 year warranty on the ceramic coating services due to the nature of the product.

  • CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V/8Y RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine.
This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory “main catalytic converters”. This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound. Unfortunately, the Check Engine Light will come on after the installation; we strongly recommend using “stage 2” software because the CEL deletes or emulators are not compatible with these cars. CTS is proud to announce our Audi C8 RS6/RS7 4.0t Mid Pipes/Resonator Delete kit. This is a direct replacement kit with no modifications required. The 4.0T V8 does sound great, but sometimes even with the valves open it sounds subdued. Our mid pipe kit removes the stock resonator to allow more sound without added drone. The result is excellent, providing a louder and deeper tone to the exhaust note which it should have had from factory. Also, we added a ceramic heat wrap underlay to keep as much heat as possible in the exhaust and out of the engine bay.

Most Euro-spec ROW 2.5T cars come standard with catless midpipes, this is why we decided to create a perfect-fit affordable option to North America! These pipes replace the restrictive secondary catalytic converters allowing the 2.5T engine to breathe easier.  While not offering major performance gains, the exhaust note will be drastically improved. Installation takes less than 1 hour, and we include all required hardware, gaskets and even a set of brand new clamps. Get your exhaust sounding like it should, with more noticeable pops-and-bangs in Sport mode (comfort mode is not affected). Product Details:
