Description

The Flex Fuel Kit is designed to enable flex fuel capability on compatible BMW and Toyota Supra platforms, allowing the engine to automatically adapt to varying ethanol and petrol fuel blends. This system integrates an ethanol content sensor into the factory fuel system, providing real-time measurement of fuel composition to optimize engine performance and efficiency.

The kit is engineered as a fully plug-and-play solution, connecting directly to the factory wiring harness and fuel system without the need for cutting, splicing or modifying OEM components. Installation is straightforward and can be completed quickly, while remaining fully reversible back to stock condition.

A precision-designed fuel sensor adapter ensures unrestricted fuel flow with no added pressure drop, even under high fuel demand conditions. This is especially important when running higher ethanol blends such as E30 or E85, where increased fuel flow is required for optimal performance.

The system includes a CANBUS-enabled ethanol content analyzer that communicates fuel composition data to the engine control unit, allowing automatic adjustment of fueling, ignition timing and boost levels based on ethanol content. This enables seamless switching between pump fuel and ethanol blends without manual map changes.

The kit also features high-quality components including aluminum sensor housings, fuel-safe seals and plug-and-play wiring harnesses to ensure reliability and long-term durability under high-performance conditions.
