CTS Turbo has done it once again, we made the perfect cast stainless steel downpipes for the C7 4.0T platform.
The CTS Turbo Cast Race Downpipe set for 4.0T Audi C7 (S6/S7/RS7) is a bolt on solution for increased performance. Our downpipe set eliminates the OEM cross over and includes the necessary harness extensions for the O2 sensors.
CAD engineered cast stainless steel collector provides unrestricted flow and 3″ piping runs all the way back to the exhaust connection.
- Cast stainless steel collectors
- 3″ Stainless pipes with sleeve clamps for easy install and maximum exhaust flow
- Heat shielding to keep the temperatures down
- Taper to OE fitment for direct fitment to factory or aftermarket catback systems
- TIG welded
- Reduce exhaust flow restriction
- Includes O2 Sensor Harness extensions
- Includes installation hardware (downpipe gaskets not included)
We recommend purchasing new OEM gaskets for headache-free installation (part number 4G0253115D, 2 required)
Stage 2 software tuning is required to remove the CEL, check with your software tuner.
Race use only! Not legal for use on public roads.

| CTS is proud to announce our Audi C8 RS6/RS7 4.0t Mid Pipes/Resonator Delete kit. This is a direct replacement kit with no modifications required.
The 4.0T V8 does sound great, but sometimes even with the valves open it sounds subdued. Our mid pipe kit removes the stock resonator to allow more sound without added drone. The result is excellent, providing a louder and deeper tone to the exhaust note which it should have had from factory.
Also, we added a ceramic heat wrap underlay to keep as much heat as possible in the exhaust and out of the engine bay.

Other MK7/7.5 Golf R exhausts that are currently available can choke peak power and limit the breathing due to their 2.5″ construction. The 3″ design of the CTS Turbo MK7/7.5 Golf R cat-back is ideal those of us chasing serious horsepower.
