The CTS TURBO BMW F30/F31/F34/F36 FMIC KIT – RACE CORE is an excellent upgrade for pursuing your high horsepower goals.

This kit provides significant cooling improvement compared to the competition, and substantial cooling benefits over the factory setup. Improvements can be attributed to the high density intercooler core, and cast aluminum end tanks.

This Race Core version of our Direct Fit kit is still a plug and play unit and requires no trimming to fit. Simply replace your factory unit.

Core size: 21.5″ long x 3″/6″ thick x 11″/6″ tall, HP rating of 800hp+

CTS Turbo is pleased to offer the ultimate high flow throttle pipe kit for the MQB model range vehicles.  The OEM Charge pipping leaves something to be desired with inefficient bends, and blockages not optimized for performance.  The CTS Turbo throttle pipe increases the entire diameter to 2.5″ allowing for increased flow and greater performance.  The integrated water methanol bung (1/8″ NPT) allows for simple and straight forward installation of kits from Snow Performance.  All of the components included in the CTS throttle pipe kit work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, horsepower, and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound. Racingline VWR Oil Cooler Replacement Filter - VWR180001
  • 5 times the flow of comparable paper oil filters
  • Consistent filtering across the entire filter surface
  • Magnetic prefiltering to remove microscopic ferrous materials before they reach the filter itself
The filter itself is available separately from all RacingLine dealers for servicing. Whilst this filter has a much longer service life than the factory paper elements do, we recommend as best-practice to change filter with every oil change.
Essential for fitting the RacingLine Oil Management kit on Golf 7R and Audi S3+
WHY FIT?

To fit our Oil Management Kit on Golf 7R and Audi S3 models, you will also need this Remote Washer Refill Kit.

  • Golf 7R and some early Audi S3 models have a different windscreen washer bottle fitment to the other MQB cars, with the reservoir located on the right of the vehicle compared to the majority of MQB models which have the washer bottle on the left.
  • For these cars with right-hand reservoirs, this is located where the Catch Can will be mounted. The kit replaces the top half of the factory washer bottle to still allow you to refill your washer fluid easily and neatly.
  • Included is a beautifully high-gloss filler cap which locates conveniently on the front panel using the bracket provided
  • Many owners prefer the appearance of our Remote Washer Refill  and of course this can be fitted without having the RacingLine Oil Management kit installed.

Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM plastic discharge pipe (Part No. 5Q0145840) used on 1.8T and 2.0T engines found in various VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda models. Full mandrel bent single piece hard pipe with larger bore size for increased flow. This ensures high amounts of air are discharged from the turbo charger and therefore releasing the full potential of your engines capabilities. Unlike the OEM discharge pipe that is prone to failure from increased boost or many heat cycles, the Forge Motorsport high flow discharge pipe will not crack or fail - ever. This is backed up by our no quibble Lifetime warranty.
 
 
 
Supplied in black powder coated finish for that OEM look with a choice of hose colours red, blue, or black to compliment the look of your engine bay. No modifications to original equipment are necessary to install this part. This will fit with the stock turbo muffler or with the Forge Motorsport Muffler Delete FMMD2 which will further enhance the benefits of this discharge pipe.   In the box: Hard pipe Silicone Hose Hose Clamps   *NOT COMPATIBLE WITH 7-SPEED DSG MODELS

CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe kit for GTI/Golf R/Golf/GLI/A3/S3/TT 2015+ MQB Models.  The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel bent 2.5″ aluminum tubing.  The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharge compressor housing and factory intercooler.
