At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the S55 equipped BMW M3/M4/M2 Competition. This is the premier intake for your F80 M3/M4/M2 Competition.

The OEM air scoops seamlessly direct airflow into the chambers we have designed our intake kits to sit within. Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our single piece CNC mandrel bent aluminum intake pipes allow for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-12HP. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

The RacingLine Boost Hose Kit for 2.0 TSI MQB smooths airflow and optimises routing - for more effective performance in high boost, high-temperature use. 
WHAT DO THEY DO?

Welcome to the ultimate Boost Hose Kit for 2.0 & 1.8TSI MQB vehicles. The RacingLine Boost Hose package replaces the original rubber charge pipes with beautiful smooth-flowing silicone replacements, uniquely reinforced with internal wiring for guaranteed stiffness under the demands of high heat and boost levels.  

  • By minimising restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised routing ensures the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively - moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence 
  • Direct OEM replacement: simply remove the old weak, flexible rubber hoses and replace them with our five-piece kit
  • Pressure tested far beyond the turbo’s capabilities, the system maintains performance under extreme temperature and high-boost conditions 
  • Stepped internal joint transitions give a port-matched laminar airflow path, greatly reducing turbulence versus non-stepped designs

The kit is a direct OEM replacement: simply remove the old weak, flexible rubber hoses and replace them with our five-piece kit. Simple. Stepped internal joint transitions give a port-matched laminar airflow path, greatly reducing turbulence versus other non-stepped designs.  Of course our kit is pressure tested far beyond the turbo’s capabilities, the system maintains performance under extreme temperature and high-boost conditions. By minimising these restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised hose routing ensures that the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively – moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence. The RacingLine Boost Hose Kit is probably the only one on the market which comes with five hoses included – although you will only need to fit four of them. The choice of which Turbo Outlet Pipe (bottom) depends whether the car is pre- or post-2017. It’s really easy to choose which to use:  it’s either long or short depending on what OEM pipe is removed, meaning that (unlike other kits) you can’t really get this wrong!  Designed to work in perfect harmony with the Racingline MQB Intercooler

This intake kit is compatible with the entire line of Mercedes Benz vehicles equipped with M276 V6 twin-turbo engine. Our intake kit is a complete replacement for the OEM system. The design intent was to create the largest, highest flowing intake on the market. Without any extra tuning, peak power gains range from 12 to 20HP (fuel and elevation dependent). Introducing the Burger Motorsports Competition Cold Air Intake for the Gen 2 B58 powered 2019-2023 BMW M340i, 2022+ M440i, and 2022+ M240i, including xDrive models.  Designed from the ground up to be the best in every aspect with over a year invested in street and track testing. This is the first intake for the Gen 2 B58 that follows a clean OEM+ look and materials but has the intoxicating sound and performance of an open intake. Inside, you'll find our proprietary renewable inverted cone performance filter; outside, you'll find unsurpassed OEM fitment, materials, and quality. The BMS competition intake has a clear window on top for quick filter inspection, uses the OEM cold air inlet, and has a huge inlet hole on the cold side of the airbox for more air and even more fantastic sound! The factory heat shield is reused to keep those intake temps as low as the factory intended. The rubber accordion hose and factory resonator are replaced with a smooth pipe to deliver less turbulent air to the turbo. This intake takes everything good about the factory intake and squeezes more sound and performance out of it while maximizing airflow to your B58 engine! Our Burger Motorsports renewable inverted cone filters not only outflow your stock paper filter and last the life of your vehicle, they also include a built-in velocity stack. Velocity stacks allow even more air to be smoothly sucked into your intake system and are used in most racing applications. Designed to work with OEM or BMS Billet Strut Braces and the BMS B58 Oil Catch Can.
