We are proud to release the new CTS Turbo Intake System for Mercedes-Benz M133 A45 AMG, M133 CLA 45 AMG and M133 GLA 45 AMG.

Our intake system is designed to provide the most air possible to increase intake sound and power, all while still using the factory intake box. We aim to provide the biggest, highest flowing and most affordable air intake system without sacrificing quality or performance.

CTS Turbo high-flow 5″ air filter is installed on our custom filter adapter; and it is made to be one of the largest on the market. This results in a noticeable improvement to throttle response and overall power. This is even more evident once you start tuning your M133.

The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our air intake system.  Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter for maximum engine breathing. Our single-piece proprietary moulded silicon allows for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 6-9HP. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound. Turbo spool up and diverter valve release are a lot louder! Introducing the Burger Motorsports Competition Cold Air Intake for the Gen 2 B58 powered 2019-2023 BMW M340i, 2022+ M440i, and 2022+ M240i, including xDrive models.  Designed from the ground up to be the best in every aspect with over a year invested in street and track testing. This is the first intake for the Gen 2 B58 that follows a clean OEM+ look and materials but has the intoxicating sound and performance of an open intake. Inside, you'll find our proprietary renewable inverted cone performance filter; outside, you'll find unsurpassed OEM fitment, materials, and quality. The BMS competition intake has a clear window on top for quick filter inspection, uses the OEM cold air inlet, and has a huge inlet hole on the cold side of the airbox for more air and even more fantastic sound! The factory heat shield is reused to keep those intake temps as low as the factory intended. The rubber accordion hose and factory resonator are replaced with a smooth pipe to deliver less turbulent air to the turbo. Our Burger Motorsports renewable inverted cone filters not only outflow your stock paper filter and last the life of your vehicle, they also include a built-in velocity stack. Peak power gains range from 10-15HP on an otherwise stock vehicle. WHAT DO THEY DO?

Welcome to the ultimate Boost Hose Kit for 2.0 & 1.8TSI MQB vehicles. The RacingLine Boost Hose package replaces the original rubber charge pipes with beautiful smooth-flowing silicone replacements, uniquely reinforced with internal wiring for guaranteed stiffness under the demands of high heat and boost levels.  

  • By minimising restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised routing ensures the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively - moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence 
  • Direct OEM replacement: simply remove the old weak, flexible rubber hoses and replace them with our five-piece kit
  • Pressure tested far beyond the turbo’s capabilities, the system maintains performance under extreme temperature and high-boost conditions 
  • Stepped internal joint transitions give a port-matched laminar airflow path, greatly reducing turbulence versus non-stepped designs

By minimising these restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised hose routing ensures that the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively – moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence. The RacingLine Boost Hose Kit is probably the only one on the market which comes with five hoses included – although you will only need to fit four of them. The choice of which Turbo Outlet Pipe (bottom) depends whether the car is pre- or post-2017. It’s really easy to choose which to use:  it’s either long or short depending on what OEM pipe is removed, meaning that (unlike other kits) you can’t really get this wrong!  Designed to work in perfect harmony with the Racingline MQB Intercooler
