We are proud to release our first new product for the MK2 TTRS/8P RS3 2.5T.

CTS TTRS/RS3 4″ High Flow Downpipe features a CNC machined 4″ T304 stainless steel V-band flange and turbo outlet.

Our 4″ mandrel-bent stainless steel design is free of obstructions and uses a premium core interlock style flex section.  For optimal clearance between downpipe and driveshaft, our design splits from a 4″design to a dual 2.5″ design where two more stainless steel flanges mate seamlessly to your secondary catalysts or high flow mid-pipes.

Each downpipe is hand-built to order at our facility, and test fitted in our hand made jigs to ensure exact fitment each and every time.  In addition to the quality craftsmanship and great sound.

To remove the Check Engine Light that will occur, proper tuning software must be used. This downpipe works with ANY brand stage 2 software.

Fitment:

  • 2009-2013 Audi TTRS 2.5T
  • 2011-2012 Audi RS3 2.5T

Stage 2 software is required to avoid check engine light.

A Milltek Cat Back/GPF Back Exhaust System replaces the rear half of your exhaust from the catalytic converter back or Gasoline Particulate Filter. This gives you the best of both worlds, improved sound and looks, but no worries about legality. Replacing stock pipework with wider, better designed Milltek pipework releases more performance from your cars engine. A new Milltek backbox and silencers will give your car a sporty, but refined sound.

A Cat Back exhaust/GPF Back exhaust hooks up to your factory system behind the main cat or the GPF, replacing the pipework, silencers, and back-boxes with new Milltek kit. Milltek's pipework will be carefully computer designed to increase flow-rate with wider pipework and carefully designed mandrel bends. This means your engine can breathe more freely and means getting the exhaust gasses out is not limiting how quickly it can get air in. A badly designed exhaust can actually reduce torque low down the rev range, but Milltek have the depth of engineering know-how necessary to increase top-end without loss of drivability. Genuine power increases are often achievable with just the exhaust, but it gets really good when the exhaust is paired up with new software and other breathing mods for the engine. Milltek use either hard-wearing T304 Stainless Steel or Titanium. Both are durable and sound great. Milltek put a lot of work into engineering the sound of the exhaust. Anyone can make a car louder. Milltek carefully tune the silencers in the system to offer a sporty, but refined sound. The exhaust is designed to sound fierce when you drive the car hard, but not to drone at idle or when cruising. On some systems there will be a choice of "resonated" or "non-resonated". Resonated typically have either extra or quieter silencers in place and will be quieter. Milltek take fit and build quality very seriously. Any of their exhausts should just fit directly in place of the original equipment. For a great all-round upgrade, that will leave your car road-legal and refined, but increase power and noise a Milltek Cat Back or GPF Back exhaust system is easy to recommend.		We are proud to release the new CTS Turbo 3.5″ Stainless Steel race downpipe for the MK7 Golf R/8V Audi S3.  Unfortunately, the factory downpipe that comes as standard equipment in your car was designed for anything but performance.  The factory downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and therefor has adverse effects on horsepower, especially once your car is “chipped”.  The CTS Turbo downpipe will allow for your exhaust gases to flow smoothly, freeing up the additional ponies that you want, all while look amazing.  Highlights of our downpipe include CNC machined turbine discharge (downpipe) flange, mandrel bent 3″ stainless steel tubing, modular design making installation of a catalytic converter simple and straight forward, smooth transitions allowing for optimal exhaust gas flow. Product Details: -T304 Seamless Stainless Steel tubing -T304 Stainless Steel flanges -100% TIG Welded -T304 Stainless Steel 02 bung -Torca Accuseal Stainless Steel Clamps -Great Sound even with factory exhaust, no drone!! To remove the CEL that will occur, proper tuning software must be used.
Using the optional CEL eliminator greatly reduces the possibility of CEL coming on for cat efficiency code. This is not 100% effective.
We recommend disabling your Soundaktor (noise amplifier) to fully enjoy the true sound of your motor and remove excessive drone caused by the device.

The CTS Turbo C8 Audi RS6/RS7 Race Downpipe were designed to seamlessly fit in place of your restrictive stock catalytic converters, which is situated immediately after the turbocharger. Designed using the latest in CAD technology; this part is made to fit perfectly in place of your factory downpipes. Manufactured from T304 stainless steel, hand TIG welded and back purged to ensure years of reliable performance. Substantial power gains, improved exhaust flow and a more throaty sound are the main benefits of installing our downpipe. Product Details:

Stage 2 tuning software is required to avoid check engine light. Installation notes for vehicles without OPF/GPF:
  • Transfer factory O2 sensors and tighten to 30 ft/lbs
  • Install supplied OPF/GPF plugs and tighten to 25 ft/lbs
  • Tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs
Installation notes for ROW vehicles with OPF/GPF:
  • Remove the factory pressure sensors and lines from factory cats
  • Connect both ports of the pressure sensor together with the longer factory rubber hose and clamps. Re-install sensors and clip in the harness.
  • Install OPF/GFP temperature probes and tighten to 25 ft/lbs
  • Transfer factory O2 sensors and tighten to 30 ft/lbs
  • Tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs
