Our continued development of the MK7/7.5 platform is not limited to FMIC kits or Turbo kits, our all-new 3″ cat-back exhaust system is evidence of that. The CTS Turbo MK7/7.5 Golf R 3″ cat-back exhaust system is hand tig welded using the finest T304 stainless steel. Our exhaust system was designed for both street use and big turbo abuse. Other MK7/7.5 Golf R exhausts that are currently available can choke peak power and limit the breathing due to their 2.5″ construction. The 3″ design of the CTS Turbo MK7/7.5 Golf R cat-back is ideal those of us chasing serious horsepower.

We are proud to release the new CTS Turbo 3.5″ Stainless Steel downpipe for the front wheel drive MQB vehicles such as MK7 GTI (incl. Performance Pack), MK7 Jetta GLI, MK7 Golf 1.8TSI (incl. Sportwagen FWD), MK7 VW Beetle 1.8TSI, MK3 Audi TT (FWD only) and 8V Audi A3 1.8TSI (FWD only, not Quattro). Unfortunately, the factory downpipe that comes as standard equipment in your car was designed for anything but performance.  The factory downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and therefor has adverse effects on horsepower, especially once your car is “chipped”.  The CTS Turbo downpipe will allow for your exhaust gases to flow smoothly, freeing up the additional ponies that you want, all while look amazing.  Highlights of our downpipe include CNC machined turbine discharge (downpipe) flange, mandrel bent 3″ stainless steel tubing, modular design making installation of a catalytic converter simple and straight forward, smooth transitions allowing for optimal exhaust gas flow. A Milltek Cat Back/GPF Back Exhaust System replaces the rear half of your exhaust from the catalytic converter back or Gasoline Particulate Filter. This gives you the best of both worlds, improved sound and looks, but no worries about legality. Replacing stock pipework with wider, better designed Milltek pipework releases more performance from your cars engine. A new Milltek backbox and silencers will give your car a sporty, but refined sound.

A Cat Back exhaust/GPF Back exhaust hooks up to your factory system behind the main cat or the GPF, replacing the pipework, silencers, and back-boxes with new Milltek kit. Milltek's pipework will be carefully computer designed to increase flow-rate with wider pipework and carefully designed mandrel bends. This means your engine can breathe more freely and means getting the exhaust gasses out is not limiting how quickly it can get air in. A badly designed exhaust can actually reduce torque low down the rev range, but Milltek have the depth of engineering know-how necessary to increase top-end without loss of drivability. Genuine power increases are often achievable with just the exhaust, but it gets really good when the exhaust is paired up with new software and other breathing mods for the engine. Milltek use either hard-wearing T304 Stainless Steel or Titanium. Both are durable and sound great. Milltek put a lot of work into engineering the sound of the exhaust. Anyone can make a car louder. Milltek carefully tune the silencers in the system to offer a sporty, but refined sound. The exhaust is designed to sound fierce when you drive the car hard, but not to drone at idle or when cruising. On some systems there will be a choice of "resonated" or "non-resonated". Resonated typically have either extra or quieter silencers in place and will be quieter. Milltek take fit and build quality very seriously. Any of their exhausts should just fit directly in place of the original equipment. For a great all-round upgrade, that will leave your car road-legal and refined, but increase power and noise a Milltek Cat Back or GPF Back exhaust system is easy to recommend.		The CTS Turbo C8 Audi RS6/RS7 Race Downpipe were designed to seamlessly fit in place of your restrictive stock catalytic converters, which is situated immediately after the turbocharger. Designed using the latest in CAD technology; this part is made to fit perfectly in place of your factory downpipes. Manufactured from T304 stainless steel, hand TIG welded and back purged to ensure years of reliable performance. Substantial power gains, improved exhaust flow and a more throaty sound are the main benefits of installing our downpipe. Product Details:

Stage 2 tuning software is required to avoid check engine light. Installation notes for vehicles without OPF/GPF:
  • Transfer factory O2 sensors and tighten to 30 ft/lbs
  • Install supplied OPF/GPF plugs and tighten to 25 ft/lbs
  • Tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs
Installation notes for ROW vehicles with OPF/GPF:
  • Remove the factory pressure sensors and lines from factory cats
  • Connect both ports of the pressure sensor together with the longer factory rubber hose and clamps. Re-install sensors and clip in the harness.
  • Install OPF/GFP temperature probes and tighten to 25 ft/lbs
  • Transfer factory O2 sensors and tighten to 30 ft/lbs
  • Tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs
