CTS Turbo is pleased to offer the ultimate high flow throttle pipe kit for the MQB model range vehicles.  The OEM Charge pipping leaves something to be desired with inefficient bends, and blockages not optimized for performance.  The CTS Turbo throttle pipe increases the entire diameter to 2.5″ allowing for increased flow and greater performance.  The integrated water methanol bung (1/8″ NPT) allows for simple and straight forward installation of kits from Snow Performance.  All of the components included in the CTS throttle pipe kit work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, horsepower, and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

Boost Cooler water injection can achieve a power increase of up to 10-25% in turbo and supercharged engines without thermally overloading the engine. The charge air temperature is lowered by up to 60°C, the combustion chamber is cooled and the thermal load on already tuned vehicles is effectively reduced. Water or water/alcohol (methanol or ethanol) is injected at high pressure into the hot charge air in a finely atomised form as soon as the desired starting charge pressure is reached. The evaporating liquid achieves an extremely effective charge air and intercooling, which, among other things, prevents uncontrolled combustion ("knocking"). The effect is demonstrably comparable with 116 octane racing petrol. The Boost Cooler is unsurpassed in atomisation! The liquid is swirled inside the Hyper-Sonic atomiser nozzle at supersonic speed before being forced through the Venturi orifice. With the included Dual Stage Upgrade, 2 atomiser nozzles are used to inject as early as possible with the primary nozzle and to achieve maximum cooling and performance in peak loads with the switched-on 2nd nozzle.

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our Upgraded Aluminum Radiator for the VW/Audi MQB 1.8TSI and 2.0TSI vehicles. The factory radiator is small and not efficient enough to provide sufficient cooling to tuned engines. We designed our radiator to overcome that problem. CTS Turbo radiator has an increased volume over stock, with a dual-pass core was made to be higher flowing and larger than the factory, but still drop into the stock location using all the factory mounting points. To make things even better, this part will eliminate plastic endtanks that are prone to leaks. Keep your MQB running cool and reliably with CTS Turbo Aluminum Radiator. Features:

 		The CTS MK6 2.0T Direct Fit FMIC Kit is designed as a drop in replacement for the OEM front mounted intercooler (FMIC).  That means you can install this kit without any trimming or modification of the bumper.  The OEM FMIC is adequate for stock boost levels, however once boost levels are increased by way of ECU upgrades/chipping the OEM FMIC struggles to keep the charged air temperatures in check.  Higher charged air temperatures can result in boost cut and timing pull, both reducing the amount of power your vehicle produces. The CTS direct fit FMIC uses a high efficiency bar and plate intercooler core, which aids in reducing pressure drop.  Reducing pressure drop means that your turbo will not have to work as hard to make a given level of boost.  If your turbo makes 30psi of boost pressure in the turbocharger, and your intercooler has a 10psi pressure drop then the boost measured by your ECU would be (30psi – 10psi) = 20psi.  With an efficient FMIC like the CTS direct fit FMIC your turbo does not have to work as hard to reach desired boost levels.  This is beneficial in two ways, the turbo life expectancy is increased due to more efficient operation, and boost leaving the turbocharger is cooler and more dense resulting in more power to the ground.  		CTS Turbo is proud to announce our Cast Aluminum 4″ turbo inlet for 8V Audi RS3/8S Audi TT-RS The biggest issue with the restrictive factory inlet is apparent when you start to increase the power. Our engineers designed the turbo inlet to be as large as possible; yet still fit perfectly. This was accomplished using the latest in 3D scanning and rapid prototyping technology. This results in a 78% increase in volume over the stock turbo inlet. The larger inlet will provide increased flow to the turbo and make sure your 2.5T has all the air that it needs to operate at maximum capacity! This is one of the largest inlet pipes on the market AND it does not cost you a small fortune. Features:
  • 4″ cast aluminum turbo inlet pipe
  • Precision machined fitment for factory turbo (hybrid turbo fitments coming soon)
