CTS Turbo is proud to offer our upgraded turbo inlet hose for the MK7+ VW and 8V Audi MQB vehicles.  The factory turbo inlet hose is corrugated with internal ridges that disrupt air flow.  Not only do they reduce air flow, but the plastic can become weak over time causing leaks and reduced performance.

The CTS Turbo turbo inlet hose is constructed from 5-ply silicone that will not collapse, even under heavy load. This is MUCH stronger than other inlet hoses offered by different companies. Collapsing intake hose can cause turbo to fail!!

The CTS Turbo inlet hose allows for smooth uninterrupted flow and more air pumping through your engine!

The CTS Turbo Golf R Turbo Outlet Pipe (TOP) is designed to replace the narrow ‘pancake’ pipe that comes as factory equipment on your vehicle. Our Turbo Outlet Pipe features 2.25″ diameter aluminum tube for optimized flow.  The CNC machined billet mating flange makes connecting this TOP to your FMIC literally a snap.  The billet anodized turbo to TOP connector, 2.25″ coupler and premium clamps top this package off.  If you’re looking for a simple bolt-on modification that will optimize flow and increase power, then this part is for you. WHAT THE TURBO INLET SYSTEM DOES?

Our new Turbo Inlet System for the 245PS & 207PS MQB 'EVO' cars such as Golf 8 GTI is a matched package of our much larger diameter, free flowing Turbo 90 Inlet paired with reinforced Silicone Turbo Inlet Hose for much higher airflow between intake and turbo.

  • The factory inlet forces the airflow to pass through the restrictive plastic 'bellows' pipe, before tapering right down to run through a tight and restrictive plastic turbo inlet - in other words, terrible for flow. 
  • The RacingLine Turbo Inlet System replaces this pipework with a larger diameter smooth-flowing silicon hose mated to a larger diameter thin-wall free flowing intake elbow.
  • The internal diameter of the Turbo 90 Inlet is massively increased from 62.5mm on the factory part right up to 76mm.
  • It's by combining the two parts of the kit that's allowed us to enlarge the diameter of both the Inlet and the Hose so much - and so give the maximum possible gains.
  • Put simply, without it, you’re wasting much of the potential of your high-flow intake system without fitting this Turbo Inlet System. An essential upgrade!

This is another original product brought to you by our engineers and in-house fabrication team. The CTS Turbo Muffler delete is a one-piece design, made using precision CAD tools and is CNC machining in house. Our Turbo Muffler delete replaces the restrictive, power robbing OEM Turbo Muffler, which is designed to reduce turbocharger harmonic noise. Our kit installs in 30 minutes with standard hand tools and fits perfectly. For those of you that want optimal power and boost response, this TMD is your answer. Features:

At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new intercooler charge pipes for the B9 Audi A4, A5, AllRoad 1.8T/2.0T. The OEM charge piping uses a rubber hose as turbo outlet connection and plastic cold-side pipes with a flow-impeding “resonator”. Factory piping is not optimized for performance; so we had to step in and make our charge pipe set of 2.5″ aluminum mandrel-bent tube. Our parts replace soft turbo outlet hose and the small resonated plastic throttle body pipe. All of the components included in the CTS charge pipe set work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, horsepower and torque throughout the entire power-band. By removing the restricting resonator on the cold-side piping, you can enjoy a slight increase in turbo sound! Product Details:
