EVO PERFORMANCE G90 M5 Complete Downpipes System

Description

The RedStar Exhaust Complete Downpipes System for the BMW G90 / G99 M5 is engineered to maximize exhaust flow and deliver significant performance improvements for the 4.4L Twin-Turbo S68 engine. This full system replaces both the primary and secondary catalytic converters, dramatically reducing backpressure and improving exhaust velocity for noticeable gains in power, torque and turbo efficiency.

The performance-focused design provides faster turbo spool, sharper throttle response and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust tone while also helping to reduce engine bay temperatures and extend turbocharger lifespan. Manufactured from 2.0 mm wall 304 stainless steel, fully TIG-welded and built with OEM-spec flanges and mounting points, the system ensures durability and precise bolt-on installation.

Optional features include OEM-style ceramic heat shielding to reduce radiant heat, tunable O2 sensor spacers, and multiple catalytic converter configurations such as Competition Catless or high-flow performance catalysts for different performance setups.
