H&R brings you a lowering spring for your G80 and G82 that works with or without the adaptive suspension allowing you to adjust the height unlike regular lowering springs. Get coilover style adjustment with H&R’s VTF Adjustable lowering springs for RWD M3, M4, M3 Competition, M4 Competition.

Experience cornering in a new way! The multi-hole adjustment of most H&R anti-roll bars allows the desired self-steering behaviour (oversteer/understeer) of the vehicle to be influenced. The result is better handling through, for example, a reduced roll tendency. This way, an individual suspension setup can be achieved, entirely according to personal needs and preferences – and of course with part approval! H&R sport stabilizers can be combined with all H&R suspension products as well as with original or sport suspensions from other manufacturers. WHAT'S SO SPECIAL?

The VWR TrackSport kit has been developed directly from our full race kits; the only differences are in the internal valving settings and the spring rate/lengths that are supplied.  The kit really is that special.

  • Coilover rear dampers, plus 45mm inverted ‘thick-stem’ front damper providing a super stiff front McPherson strut, unique in the market.
  • Easy set up: 12-point adjustment of bump and rebound damping, adjustable with no tools or jacking via the beautifully over-engineered adjuster knobs.
  • Includes Adjustable Top Mounts, 60mm ID linear rate springs, CNC Machined and pre installed pillow ball bearing, for super accurate camber set up.

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our lowering springs for the B8/B8.5 A4/S4. All our springs are made with high-quality SAE 9254/DIN 54SiCr6 Spring Steel Wire, so you can be assured the springs are safe, strong and won’t fatigue with time. We designed our springs for the street, focusing on handling, braking and responsive characteristics, but without making the ride harsh compared to other manufacturers. We engineered our springs in-house and tested them thoroughly before being released, where our testing showed no detriment or deterioration to the OEM strut from long-term use. You can be confident our springs will maintain performance for many years to come. Lowering your car also gives it an aggressive look with the added benefit of reducing the wheel gap and getting closer to that “flush” look, but without compromising daily drivability. DDC compatible: Our springs are compatible with DCC. Our springs couple very well with dynamic damper control, maintaining the ride characteristics between the different modes.
