Made from the highest quality 304 stainless steel for excellent reliability and fitment, these downpipes are made to replace the restrictive factory parts.

The CTS Turbo C8 Audi RS6/RS7 Race Downpipe were designed to seamlessly fit in place of your restrictive stock catalytic converters, which is situated immediately after the turbocharger. Designed using the latest in CAD technology; this part is made to fit perfectly in place of your factory downpipes. Manufactured from T304 stainless steel, hand TIG welded and back purged to ensure years of reliable performance. Substantial power gains, improved exhaust flow and a more throaty sound are the main benefits of installing our downpipe. Product Details:
  • T304 stainless steel construction
  • Mandrel-bent stainless steel
  • Removable flange makes for easy installation
  • Fully tig welded design

  • OPF/GPF temperature sensor ports (with plugs), bypass factory pressure sensors
  • Throaty sound
  • Great power upgrade
Stage 2 tuning software is required to avoid check engine light. Installation notes for vehicles without OPF/GPF:
  • Transfer factory O2 sensors and tighten to 30 ft/lbs
  • Install supplied OPF/GPF plugs and tighten to 25 ft/lbs
  • Tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs
Installation notes for ROW vehicles with OPF/GPF:
  • Remove the factory pressure sensors and lines from factory cats
  • Connect both ports of the pressure sensor together with the longer factory rubber hose and clamps. Re-install sensors and clip in the harness.
  • Install OPF/GFP temperature probes and tighten to 25 ft/lbs
  • Transfer factory O2 sensors and tighten to 30 ft/lbs
  • Tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs

  • CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V/8Y RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine.
This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory “main catalytic converters”. This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound. Unfortunately, the Check Engine Light will come on after the installation; we strongly recommend using “stage 2” software because the CEL deletes or emulators are not compatible with these cars. Features: – Large 4.0″ downpipe outlet splitting into dual 2.5″ pipes – Durable 304 food-grade stainless steel – Laser cut flanges and precision machined v-band – Factory-like placement of O2 sensors – Designed using the latest 3D scanning technology – Exhaust flow simulated with CAD software to ensure optimal flow routing – Perfect fit with factory or aftermarket mid-pipes – Aggressive sound – really makes that 2.5T scream – No drone under normal driving conditions – Optional driveshaft removal tool available separately
