Every Milltek system is designed, developed and hand-finished here in the UK by time-served craftsmen, each one produced in aerospace grade type 304, non-magnetic stainless steel. This superior material is less susceptible to discolouration, lasts almost indefinitely and is used throughout the entire construction of our pipework, silencers and associated hardware.
Mandrel bending ensures constant radius bends for optimised gasflow, and bore diameters are carefully enlarged over stock to ensure ultimate performance without the loss of mid-range torque. All of the Milltek exhaust systems endure a comprehensive acoustic development process to deliver a tone that is sporty and crisp, without ever inducing NVH, drone or cabin resonance.

| We are proud to release the new CTS Turbo 3.5″ Stainless Steel race downpipe for the MK7 Golf R/8V Audi S3. Unfortunately, the factory downpipe that comes as standard equipment in your car was designed for anything but performance. The factory downpipe severely restricts exhaust flow and therefor has adverse effects on horsepower, especially once your car is “chipped”. The CTS Turbo downpipe will allow for your exhaust gases to flow smoothly, freeing up the additional ponies that you want, all while look amazing. Highlights of our downpipe include CNC machined turbine discharge (downpipe) flange, mandrel bent 3″ stainless steel tubing, modular design making installation of a catalytic converter simple and straight forward, smooth transitions allowing for optimal exhaust gas flow.

To remove the CEL that will occur, proper tuning software must be used.
Using the optional CEL eliminator greatly reduces the possibility of CEL coming on for cat efficiency code. This is not 100% effective.
We recommend disabling your Soundaktor (noise amplifier) to fully enjoy the true sound of your motor and remove excessive drone caused by the device.
Stage 2 software is required to avoid check engine light. | CTS Turbo has been dedicated to manufacturing performance parts for enthusiasts by enthusiasts since its inception. The CTS Turbo MK7/7.5 Golf R 3″ cat-back exhaust system is hand tig welded using the finest T304 stainless steel. Our exhaust system was designed for both street use and big turbo abuse. Other MK7/7.5 Golf R exhausts that are currently available can choke peak power and limit the breathing due to their 2.5″ construction. The 3″ design of the CTS Turbo MK7/7.5 Golf R cat-back is ideal those of us chasing serious horsepower.
