The RacingLine Boost Hose Kit for 2.0 TSI MQB smooths airflow and optimises routing - for more effective performance in high boost, high-temperature use. 
WHAT DO THEY DO?

Welcome to the ultimate Boost Hose Kit for 2.0 & 1.8TSI MQB vehicles. The RacingLine Boost Hose package replaces the original rubber charge pipes with beautiful smooth-flowing silicone replacements, uniquely reinforced with internal wiring for guaranteed stiffness under the demands of high heat and boost levels.  

  • By minimising restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised routing ensures the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively - moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence 
  • Direct OEM replacement: simply remove the old weak, flexible rubber hoses and replace them with our five-piece kit
  • Pressure tested far beyond the turbo’s capabilities, the system maintains performance under extreme temperature and high-boost conditions 
  • Stepped internal joint transitions give a port-matched laminar airflow path, greatly reducing turbulence versus non-stepped designs

The kit is a direct OEM replacement: simply remove the old weak, flexible rubber hoses and replace them with our five-piece kit. Simple. Stepped internal joint transitions give a port-matched laminar airflow path, greatly reducing turbulence versus other non-stepped designs.  Of course our kit is pressure tested far beyond the turbo’s capabilities, the system maintains performance under extreme temperature and high-boost conditions. By minimising these restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised hose routing ensures that the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively – moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence. The RacingLine Boost Hose Kit is probably the only one on the market which comes with five hoses included – although you will only need to fit four of them. The choice of which Turbo Outlet Pipe (bottom) depends whether the car is pre- or post-2017. It’s really easy to choose which to use:  it’s either long or short depending on what OEM pipe is removed, meaning that (unlike other kits) you can’t really get this wrong!  Designed to work in perfect harmony with the Racingline MQB Intercooler

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our new intake system for the B9 AUDI A4, AllRoad, A5, S4, S5, RS4, Rs5 (2017-2021 models) We designed our system to work in conjunction with the OEM air scoop to seamlessly force cold air into the air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow 6″ velocity stack air filter for maximum engine performance. Our single-piece proprietary moulded silicone couplers allows for smooth entry of air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 10-12HP on a stock car. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound. Turbo spool up and diverter valve release are a lot louder! Features:

The design intent was to create the largest, loudest and highest-flowing intake on the market. You got a twin turbo V8 – now, make it sound like a fighter jet (and go like one). The intake features a 3″ aluminum pipe that connects perfectly to the turbo inlets. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound. Without any extra tuning, peak power gains range from 12 to 20HP (fuel and elevation dependent). Features:

Flow that airflow smoothly from your intake into the turbo. The Racingline Performance High-Flow Turbo Inlet Pipe for MQB Golf 7 GTI/R plus Audi S3 has been engineered to increase air flow through to the turbocharger as the perfect compliment the R600 Intake System or even the standard airbox.
WHAT IT DOES.

The VWR High-Flow Turbo Inlet Hose is for all MQB 2.0 and 1.8 TSI cars. The reinforced Silicone Inlet Hose has been engineered to increase air flow through to the turbocharger as the perfect compliment our VWR R600 Cold Air Intake or even the standard airbox.  

  • A simple fitment, it replaces the entire restrictive rear factory plastic ‘bellows’ pipe between the airbox and the turbocharger inlet. 
  • The large diameter smooth-flowing silicon hose, crucially with enough compliance to allow for adequate engine movement without causing damage to the intake. 
  • Back-to-back comparisons with the factory pipe on our flow bench reveals an impressive improvement in airflow, and makes this hose a great compliment to the R600 intake.
  • Put simply, you'll be wasting a chunk of the hard-gotten gains from your high-flow intake system if you leave this pipe standard.
