We set out to make the best possible tube shape. Our design features a massive 6″ filter opening that gradually and methodically tapers down perfectly to your twin-turbocharged engine. We provide the largest conical filter opening design on the market

Our intake system is designed to provide the most air possible to increase intake sound and power, all while still using the factory intake box. We aim to provide the biggest, highest flowing and most affordable air intake system without sacrificing quality or performance. CTS Turbo high-flow 5″ air filter is installed on our custom filter adapter; and it is made to be one of the largest on the market. The RacingLine Boost Hose Kit for 2.0 TSI MQB smooths airflow and optimises routing - for more effective performance in high boost, high-temperature use. 
WHAT DO THEY DO?

Welcome to the ultimate Boost Hose Kit for 2.0 & 1.8TSI MQB vehicles. The RacingLine Boost Hose package replaces the original rubber charge pipes with beautiful smooth-flowing silicone replacements, uniquely reinforced with internal wiring for guaranteed stiffness under the demands of high heat and boost levels.  

  • By minimising restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised routing ensures the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively - moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence 
  • Direct OEM replacement: simply remove the old weak, flexible rubber hoses and replace them with our five-piece kit
  • Pressure tested far beyond the turbo’s capabilities, the system maintains performance under extreme temperature and high-boost conditions 
  • Stepped internal joint transitions give a port-matched laminar airflow path, greatly reducing turbulence versus non-stepped designs

The kit is a direct OEM replacement: simply remove the old weak, flexible rubber hoses and replace them with our five-piece kit. Simple. Stepped internal joint transitions give a port-matched laminar airflow path, greatly reducing turbulence versus other non-stepped designs.  Of course our kit is pressure tested far beyond the turbo’s capabilities, the system maintains performance under extreme temperature and high-boost conditions. By minimising these restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised hose routing ensures that the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively – moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence. The RacingLine Boost Hose Kit is probably the only one on the market which comes with five hoses included – although you will only need to fit four of them. The choice of which Turbo Outlet Pipe (bottom) depends whether the car is pre- or post-2017. It’s really easy to choose which to use:  it’s either long or short depending on what OEM pipe is removed, meaning that (unlike other kits) you can’t really get this wrong!  Designed to work in perfect harmony with the Racingline MQB Intercooler

We are proud to announce our new air intake system for the MK8 VW Golf GTI/ 8Y Audi A3 EVO4! This is the largest intake available, and it is excellent for tuned vehicles that require the extra airflow.

The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our air intake system.  Air then flows through our 3.5″ high flow air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing.  Our 3.5″ CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air directly into the engine, minimizing turbulence from unnecessary connections. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound. Peak power gains range from 9-13HP on an otherwise stock vehicle.
