The filter itself is available separately from all RacingLine dealers for servicing. Whilst this filter has a much longer service life than the factory paper elements do, we recommend as best-practice to change filter with every oil change.		CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe kit for GTI/Golf R/Golf/GLI/A3/S3/TT 2015+ MQB Models.  The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel bent 2.5″ aluminum tubing.  The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharge compressor housing and factory intercooler. Product Details:

WHY FIT?

To fit our Oil Management Kit on Golf 7R and Audi S3 models, you will also need this Remote Washer Refill Kit.

  • Golf 7R and some early Audi S3 models have a different windscreen washer bottle fitment to the other MQB cars, with the reservoir located on the right of the vehicle compared to the majority of MQB models which have the washer bottle on the left.
  • For these cars with right-hand reservoirs, this is located where the Catch Can will be mounted. The kit replaces the top half of the factory washer bottle to still allow you to refill your washer fluid easily and neatly.
  • Included is a beautifully high-gloss filler cap which locates conveniently on the front panel using the bracket provided
  • Many owners prefer the appearance of our Remote Washer Refill  and of course this can be fitted without having the RacingLine Oil Management kit installed.

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our Cast Aluminum 4″ turbo inlet for 8V Audi RS3/8S Audi TT-RS The biggest issue with the restrictive factory inlet is apparent when you start to increase the power. Our engineers designed the turbo inlet to be as large as possible; yet still fit perfectly. This was accomplished using the latest in 3D scanning and rapid prototyping technology. This results in a 78% increase in volume over the stock turbo inlet. The larger inlet will provide increased flow to the turbo and make sure your 2.5T has all the air that it needs to operate at maximum capacity! This is one of the largest inlet pipes on the market AND it does not cost you a small fortune. Features:
  • 4″ cast aluminum turbo inlet pipe
  • Precision machined fitment for factory turbo (hybrid turbo fitments coming soon)
  • Factory-style PCV connection
  • Developed, tested and machined in-house
  • Compatible with most aftermarket intakes (3″-4″ reducer or 4″ coupler is required, confirm on vehicle)
  • Not recommended for use with factory air intake pipe (CTS Turbo high-flow pipe for stock air box is available separately)

Boost Cooler water injection can achieve a power increase of up to 10-25% in turbo and supercharged engines without thermally overloading the engine. The charge air temperature is lowered by up to 60°C, the combustion chamber is cooled and the thermal load on already tuned vehicles is effectively reduced. Water or water/alcohol (methanol or ethanol) is injected at high pressure into the hot charge air in a finely atomised form as soon as the desired starting charge pressure is reached. The evaporating liquid achieves an extremely effective charge air and intercooling, which, among other things, prevents uncontrolled combustion ("knocking"). The effect is demonstrably comparable with 116 octane racing petrol. The Boost Cooler is unsurpassed in atomisation! The liquid is swirled inside the Hyper-Sonic atomiser nozzle at supersonic speed before being forced through the Venturi orifice. With the included Dual Stage Upgrade, 2 atomiser nozzles are used to inject as early as possible with the primary nozzle and to achieve maximum cooling and performance in peak loads with the switched-on 2nd nozzle.
  • Boost pressure-dependent injection control - Optimal for all centrifugal compressors (Procharger, Vortech) and large turbochargers
  • Higher boost pressure and/or more aggressive ignition without knocking combustion - additional power up to 25% possible.
  • Dual Stage technology for maximum efficiency in all load ranges
  • Octane booster, 116 octane racing fuel performance possible with regular gas
  • Earlier ignition timing or compression without knocking combustion. Up to 25% more power possible.
  • More power and torque with simultaneous reduction of the thermal load on engines that have already been modified, e.g. by chip tuning, NOS or LPG/autogas.
  • Effective intake air cooling, compensation of power losses at higher outside temperatures
  • Reduction of the specific fuel consumption.
