Turbo systems upgrade turbocharger for BMW B58C features:
- reinforced thrust bearings;
- enlarged machined from the solid compressor wheel;
- enlarged turbine wheel;
- machined enlarged housing;
- new shaft;
- balanced on VSR;
Power range:
- Stage 1 – 550+ HP;

INSTALLATION NOTE: stage 2 version requires an aftermarket intake pipe, which can be added as an option with this turbocharger.

| CTS Turbo is excited to announce the release of the B9 Audi SQ5 3.0T TFSI charge pipe upgrade kit. Factory pipe that connects the intercooler to the throttle body is made of brittle plastic. It’s wise to replace it with an all-aluminum high flowing CTS Turbo charge pipe.
Our 2.5″ charge pipe kit will increase flow and improve the reliability of your B9 Audi SQ5. You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag.
Two water/methanol bung provide an easy way to install injection nozzle.

| At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new throttle pipe for the 8V.2 RS3/8S TTRS 2.5T EVO. The OEM charge piping leaves something to be desired with inefficient bends not optimized for performance. The CTS Turbo throttle pipe allows for increased flow and greater performance. The integrated water methanol bungs allow for simple and straightforward installation of kits from Snow Performance. All of the components included in the CTS throttle pipe kit work flawlessly together to provide increased efficiency, power and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

WHAT THE TURBO INLET SYSTEM DOES.Our new Turbo Inlet System for the 300-320PS MQB 'EVO' cars such as Golf 8R, GTI CS, Audi S3 8Y etc is a matched package of our much larger diameter, free flowing Turbo 90 Inlet paired with reinforced Silicone Turbo Inlet Hose for much higher airflow between intake and turbo.

| AUDI TTRS 8J / RS3 8P, 8V.1 / RS Q3 CZGB / CEPA / CEPB 2.5TFSI TTE700 UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER Introducing our TTE700 performance turbocharger based on the original EA855 DAZA turbocharger to new higher output specification for fitment to the older generation cars. Offering an upgrade to over 600PS on pump petrol. Engineered & Enhanced At the core of our TTE700 is a much larger TTE compressor wheel, chosen because it is highly efficient and creates an extremely high flow for comparative size. Re-Profiled compressor cover to optimised tolerance to ensure maximum compressor efficiency is given. We CNC mill the exhaust turbine housing to accept a larger turbine and shaft. Special profile 360 deg high-performance motorsport journal bearing is fitted, to remain durable at higher loads with no loss in transient response. The actuator used is sprung OE unitIf ordering new, we use the latest generation of BorgWarner original turbochargers with the latest spec Audi thermal heat isolation shielding on the exhaust manifold & turbine housing to lower engine bay temperatures and ensure the best performance and safety. Please note if you send an older generation turbo, without the original AUDI thermal shielding for the "upgrade" process, we will rework your turbo and return without the shielding, unless you buy the extra thermal Isolation process. Depending on stock availability we may substitute TTE thermal shielding and give AUDI original thermal shielding instead. We cannot upgrade the ORIGINAL K16 CEPA, CEPB OR CZGB Turbo to this stage, Biggest possible for the K16 is the TTE500+ Upgrade Turbocharger Equilibrium Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in-house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial numbered balance test result document.
