The Forge Motorsport Atmospheric Dump Valve for VAG 2.0 TSI engines is a SEMA Award-winning electronic diverter valve solution designed and manufactured in the UK. This advanced E-DV system replaces the factory electronic diverter valve with a high-performance, leak-free upgrade that improves turbo response, reliability and boost control while delivering the distinctive atmospheric dump valve sound.
Engineered using precision components and modern electronic control, the valve maintains boost pressure more effectively than the OEM unit and reacts faster under load. Its compact design ensures easy installation using the original mounting points and electrical connection, requiring no additional solenoids or complex vacuum lines.
This performance upgrade is suitable for both stock and tuned engines, helping prevent boost leaks commonly caused by failure of the factory diaphragm-type diverter valve while improving throttle response and turbo efficiency.

| AUDI TTRS 8J / RS3 8P, 8V.1 / RS Q3 CZGB / CEPA / CEPB 2.5TFSI TTE700 UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER Introducing our TTE700 performance turbocharger based on the original EA855 DAZA turbocharger to new higher output specification for fitment to the older generation cars. Offering an upgrade to over 600PS on pump petrol. Engineered & Enhanced At the core of our TTE700 is a much larger TTE compressor wheel, chosen because it is highly efficient and creates an extremely high flow for comparative size. Re-Profiled compressor cover to optimised tolerance to ensure maximum compressor efficiency is given. We CNC mill the exhaust turbine housing to accept a larger turbine and shaft. Special profile 360 deg high-performance motorsport journal bearing is fitted, to remain durable at higher loads with no loss in transient response. The actuator used is sprung OE unitIf ordering new, we use the latest generation of BorgWarner original turbochargers with the latest spec Audi thermal heat isolation shielding on the exhaust manifold & turbine housing to lower engine bay temperatures and ensure the best performance and safety. Please note if you send an older generation turbo, without the original AUDI thermal shielding for the "upgrade" process, we will rework your turbo and return without the shielding, unless you buy the extra thermal Isolation process. Depending on stock availability we may substitute TTE thermal shielding and give AUDI original thermal shielding instead. We cannot upgrade the ORIGINAL K16 CEPA, CEPB OR CZGB Turbo to this stage, Biggest possible for the K16 is the TTE500+ Upgrade Turbocharger Equilibrium Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in-house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial numbered balance test result document.

We designed our inlet to work with our intake system and it is compatible with the OEM intake system. Our inlet will provide more sound and flow compared to stock. This will improve throttle response, more power and reliability.
Simple installation takes 10 minutes and can be done using basic hand tools.

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our improved 8V, 8V.2/8S Audi RS3/TTRS Throttle Body Inlet Kit for DAZA and DNWA
Our high flow throttle body inlet is designed it to be larger, but also more aerodynamic than the stock part. Our inlet has a 56% internal volume increase over the stock inlet. Using the latest CAD software, the shape of the inlet tract was flow optimized and cast from aluminum for best performance. All critical parts were CNC machined to ensure perfect fitment and performance.
We have also included our machined throttle body spacer from with two additional ports for boost reference and methanol injection; as well and a high-flow 2.75″ throttle inlet pipe. Custom-made silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps allow for seamless, easy installation.
