CTS Turbo is pleased to announce the release of our Front Mount Intercooler for the 8P RS3.  The CTS Turbo FMIC Kit for the Audi 8P RS3 is an excellent upgrade for any stock or modified car.  Increasing the dimensions of the intercooler core has resulted in significant cooling improvements, including reduced heat soak and reduced charged air temperatures.  These improvements can be attributed to our large high density intercooler core, smooth flowing cast aluminum end tanks.  This kit features a billet rebar, 4ply silicon couplers, stainless steel T-Bolt clamps and an impressive intercooler core rated to support in excess of 650HP.

The filter itself is available separately from all RacingLine dealers for servicing. Whilst this filter has a much longer service life than the factory paper elements do, we recommend as best-practice to change filter with every oil change.		This is the CTS Turbo Direct-Fit intercooler upgrade for VW MQB MK8 GOLF GTI/GOLF R with updated BLACK finish. It is important to upgrade your intercooler to keep the AIT low and your car running at it’s best. Heat soak from stock or inferior intercoolers will rob you of performance and could lead to pinging/timing pull. CTS Turbo premium intercooler upgrade is a direct replacement for your factory intercooler. Our intercooler allows you to keep the charged air cold and keep your power consistent. High flowing core allows for minimal pressure drop and allows air to pass through to the radiator. Silicone hoses are included! Features:

Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM plastic discharge pipe (Part No. 5Q0145840) used on 1.8T and 2.0T engines found in various VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda models. Full mandrel bent single piece hard pipe with larger bore size for increased flow. This ensures high amounts of air are discharged from the turbo charger and therefore releasing the full potential of your engines capabilities. Unlike the OEM discharge pipe that is prone to failure from increased boost or many heat cycles, the Forge Motorsport high flow discharge pipe will not crack or fail - ever. This is backed up by our no quibble Lifetime warranty.
 
 
 
Supplied in black powder coated finish for that OEM look with a choice of hose colours red, blue, or black to compliment the look of your engine bay. CTS Turbo is proud to announce our Cast Aluminum 4″ turbo inlet for 8V Audi RS3/8S Audi TT-RS The biggest issue with the restrictive factory inlet is apparent when you start to increase the power. Our engineers designed the turbo inlet to be as large as possible; yet still fit perfectly. This was accomplished using the latest in 3D scanning and rapid prototyping technology. This results in a 78% increase in volume over the stock turbo inlet. The larger inlet will provide increased flow to the turbo and make sure your 2.5T has all the air that it needs to operate at maximum capacity! This is one of the largest inlet pipes on the market AND it does not cost you a small fortune. Features:
  • 4″ cast aluminum turbo inlet pipe
  • Precision machined fitment for factory turbo (hybrid turbo fitments coming soon)
  • Factory-style PCV connection
  • Developed, tested and machined in-house

Essential for fitting the RacingLine Oil Management kit on Golf 7R and Audi S3+
WHY FIT?

To fit our Oil Management Kit on Golf 7R and Audi S3 models, you will also need this Remote Washer Refill Kit.

  • Golf 7R and some early Audi S3 models have a different windscreen washer bottle fitment to the other MQB cars, with the reservoir located on the right of the vehicle compared to the majority of MQB models which have the washer bottle on the left.
  • For these cars with right-hand reservoirs, this is located where the Catch Can will be mounted. The kit replaces the top half of the factory washer bottle to still allow you to refill your washer fluid easily and neatly.
  • Included is a beautifully high-gloss filler cap which locates conveniently on the front panel using the bracket provided
  • Many owners prefer the appearance of our Remote Washer Refill  and of course this can be fitted without having the RacingLine Oil Management kit installed.
