The CTS Turbo Catless Downpipe BMW N55 (Pneumatic Wastegate) is made to maximize exhaust flow for highest power gains. Do not compromise performance and sound with factory parts – unleash your BMW’s potential!

Designed using the latest in CAD technology; this part is made to fit perfectly in place of your factory downpipe. Manufactured from T304 stainless steel, hand TIG welded and back-purged to ensure years of reliable performance.

  • CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V/8Y RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine.
This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory “main catalytic converters”. This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound. Unfortunately, the Check Engine Light will come on after the installation; we strongly recommend using “stage 2” software because the CEL deletes or emulators are not compatible with these cars. Stage 2 tuning software is required to avoid check engine light. Installation notes for vehicles without OPF/GPF:
  • Transfer factory O2 sensors and tighten to 30 ft/lbs
  • Install supplied OPF/GPF plugs and tighten to 25 ft/lbs
  • Tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs
Installation notes for ROW vehicles with OPF/GPF:
  • Remove the factory pressure sensors and lines from factory cats
  • Connect both ports of the pressure sensor together with the longer factory rubber hose and clamps. Re-install sensors and clip in the harness.
  • Install OPF/GFP temperature probes and tighten to 25 ft/lbs
  • Transfer factory O2 sensors and tighten to 30 ft/lbs
  • Tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs
