CTS Turbo is proud to announce our Front Mount Radiator for the VW/Audi 2.0T (EA888.1) TSI with CCTA and CBFA engines.

The factory radiator is small and not efficient enough to provide sufficient cooling to tuned engines. We designed our radiator to overcome that problem. CTS Turbo radiator has an increased volume over stock, with a dual-pass core was made to be higher flowing and larger than the factory, but still drop into the stock location using all the factory mounting points. To make things even better, this part will eliminate plastic end tanks that are prone to leaks.

NB: CBFA engines come equipped with a radiator identification sensor. Carefully disconnect the sensor harness before removing the radiator. Transfer the sensor over to the new CTS Turbo radiator, it simply snaps into place. Take care not to damage the clips or sensor.

Blue Loctite should be applied to all bolts during installation.

CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe kit for GTI/Golf R/Golf/GLI/A3/S3/TT 2015+ MQB Models.  The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel bent 2.5″ aluminum tubing.  The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharge compressor housing and factory intercooler. Product Details:

BlackBoost Performance Engineering - Racing Coolant Thermostat. With our BlackBoost Racing Coolant Thermostat the coolant circulation with the radiator is always at 100% open. The factory coolant thermostat opens at 100°C / 212°F. Only for racing application, not recommended be used under very cold weather conditions. Applicable for: all M157 / M278 engines
The Racingline Performance Oil Catch Tank & Oil Management System is the ultimate oil separating catch can system for MQB EA888 Gen3 2.0T engine cars.
Not all catch cans are created equal. The Racingline Performance system has a dual function: as well as routing undesirable oil and moisture vapours through a sophisticated system of internal baffles and a fully baffled catch can, the Racingline Performance Oil Catch Can System also takes our track & motorsport experience of these engines to correct the problem of oil build-up in the top of the engine during high-G braking. The kit includes our Engine Breather Plate – just as the Golf and SEAT TCR EA888 touring cars use to avoid the oil surge issue. So not only does the Racingline Peformance Oil Management System condense these vapours into the bottom of the tank, keeping a purer air/fuel mixture and avoiding the problem of slowly filling intercooler and intake pipework with oil. The Engine Breather Plate included in the kit also protects your engine by helping to eradicate oil starvation in very high G braking – an issue when used on track, leading to several engine failures in Racingline Performance UK’s testing experience.

This is the CTS Turbo Direct-Fit intercooler upgrade for VW MQB MK8 GOLF GTI/GOLF R with updated BLACK finish. It is important to upgrade your intercooler to keep the AIT low and your car running at it’s best. Heat soak from stock or inferior intercoolers will rob you of performance and could lead to pinging/timing pull. CTS Turbo premium intercooler upgrade is a direct replacement for your factory intercooler. Our intercooler allows you to keep the charged air cold and keep your power consistent. High flowing core allows for minimal pressure drop and allows air to pass through to the radiator. Silicone hoses are included! Features:
  • High-density bar-and-plate core with cast end tanks, capable of supporting 600whp.
  • Airflow directing fins are cast into the end tanks to help with even air distribution inside the intercooler.
  • Fully compatible with Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Frontal Collision Warning system Collision Warning system to be adapted by VW after install).

CTS Turbo radiator has an increased volume over stock, with a dual-pass core was made to be higher flowing and larger than the factory, but still drop into the stock location using all the factory mounting points. To make things even better, this part will eliminate plastic endtanks that are prone to leaks. Keep your MQB running cool and reliably with CTS Turbo Aluminum Radiator. Features:

One crashbar mounting bolt must be cut shorter to allow clearance with AC lines.
