Our turbo inlet pipe is compatible with any intake system, be it factory stock or aftermarket. Simple installation takes 10 minutes and can be done using basic hand tools. The filter itself is available separately from all RacingLine dealers for servicing. Whilst this filter has a much longer service life than the factory paper elements do, we recommend as best-practice to change filter with every oil change.		Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM plastic discharge pipe (Part No. 5Q0145840) used on 1.8T and 2.0T engines found in various VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda models. Full mandrel bent single piece hard pipe with larger bore size for increased flow. This ensures high amounts of air are discharged from the turbo charger and therefore releasing the full potential of your engines capabilities. Unlike the OEM discharge pipe that is prone to failure from increased boost or many heat cycles, the Forge Motorsport high flow discharge pipe will not crack or fail - ever. This is backed up by our no quibble Lifetime warranty.
 
 
 
Supplied in black powder coated finish for that OEM look with a choice of hose colours red, blue, or black to compliment the look of your engine bay. No modifications to original equipment are necessary to install this part. This will fit with the stock turbo muffler or with the Forge Motorsport Muffler Delete FMMD2 which will further enhance the benefits of this discharge pipe.   In the box: Hard pipe Silicone Hose Hose Clamps   *NOT COMPATIBLE WITH 7-SPEED DSG MODELS

This is the CTS Turbo Direct-Fit intercooler upgrade for VW MQB MK8 GOLF GTI/GOLF R with updated BLACK finish. It is important to upgrade your intercooler to keep the AIT low and your car running at it’s best. Heat soak from stock or inferior intercoolers will rob you of performance and could lead to pinging/timing pull. CTS Turbo premium intercooler upgrade is a direct replacement for your factory intercooler. Our intercooler allows you to keep the charged air cold and keep your power consistent. High flowing core allows for minimal pressure drop and allows air to pass through to the radiator. Silicone hoses are included! Features:
  • High-density bar-and-plate core with cast end tanks, capable of supporting 600whp.
  • Airflow directing fins are cast into the end tanks to help with even air distribution inside the intercooler.

CTS Turbo is pleased to release our high flow turbo outlet pipe kit for GTI/Golf R/Golf/GLI/A3/S3/TT 2015+ MQB Models.  The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel bent 2.5″ aluminum tubing.  The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharge compressor housing and factory intercooler.
