CTS Turbo is proud to announce our High Flow Turbo Inlet. We were the first manufacturer to offer these; and now they are made from cast aluminum!
This part is compatible with any MQB vehicle, regardless of engine displacement or factory turbocharger size. It is compatible with any intake system, be it factory stock or aftermarket.
Simple installation takes 10 minutes and can be done using basic hand tools.
Don’t let your free-flowing intake taper into a small restrictive factory inlet. Upgrade to CTS Turbo High Flow Turbo Inlet and make sure you get the most airflow to your turbo!

| Introducing the CTS TURBO J-Pipe forBMW F80, F82, F83 M3/M4 and F87 M2 COMPETITION (S55).
The plastic OEM chargepipe is prone to failure at STOCK boost levels.
CTS Turbo J-Pipe offers more air flow into the throttle body and a fully-welded solid design. OE fitment and peace of mind at any boost level. We added two meth bungs for those who are wanting to use water-methanol injection.
Measuring at consistent 3″ ID, this is the largest throttle body j-pipe on the market. You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag.

| TTE IS38Race IHI Turbocharger
Many of our customers have been asking for a motorsport IS38 turbocharger, Well here it is!
TTE IS38Race Turbocharger is based on the Original Genuine IHI IS38 turbocharger for the EA888.3 2.0TSI VAG Engine, not a cheap aftermarket clone IS38 turbo that are available from others and not disclosed.
A TTE IS38Race has a TTE upgrade performance bearing pack and motorsport balanced TTE core using the IHI Bearing housing and IHI IS38 turbine and Genuine IHI IS38 compressor wheel giving a reliable performance at higher boost levels as used on Stage 1 & 2 software calibrations from all software providers. We also include our TTE CNC silencer delete, removing the original baffle internals and fitting a new billet straight through section to improve the flow and enhance the sound.
This is a direct swap from a standard IS38 so no remap or special calibration required vs standard is38 software.
Precisely balancing the IS38Race turbocharger is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts balance machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA is dynamically balanced, but this time depending on the application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. A balance report document is supplied with your TTE IS38Race for your reassurance.

| AUDI TTRS 8J / RS3 8P, 8V.1 / RS Q3 CZGB / CEPA / CEPB 2.5TFSI TTE700 UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER Introducing our TTE700 performance turbocharger based on the original EA855 DAZA turbocharger to new higher output specification for fitment to the older generation cars. Offering an upgrade to over 600PS on pump petrol. Engineered & Enhanced At the core of our TTE700 is a much larger TTE compressor wheel, chosen because it is highly efficient and creates an extremely high flow for comparative size. Re-Profiled compressor cover to optimised tolerance to ensure maximum compressor efficiency is given. We CNC mill the exhaust turbine housing to accept a larger turbine and shaft. Special profile 360 deg high-performance motorsport journal bearing is fitted, to remain durable at higher loads with no loss in transient response. The actuator used is sprung OE unitIf ordering new, we use the latest generation of BorgWarner original turbochargers with the latest spec Audi thermal heat isolation shielding on the exhaust manifold & turbine housing to lower engine bay temperatures and ensure the best performance and safety. Please note if you send an older generation turbo, without the original AUDI thermal shielding for the "upgrade" process, we will rework your turbo and return without the shielding, unless you buy the extra thermal Isolation process. Depending on stock availability we may substitute TTE thermal shielding and give AUDI original thermal shielding instead. We cannot upgrade the ORIGINAL K16 CEPA, CEPB OR CZGB Turbo to this stage, Biggest possible for the K16 is the TTE500+ Upgrade Turbocharger Equilibrium Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. WHAT THE TURBO INLET SYSTEM DOES.Our new Turbo Inlet System for the 300-320PS MQB 'EVO' cars such as Golf 8R, GTI CS, Audi S3 8Y etc is a matched package of our much larger diameter, free flowing Turbo 90 Inlet paired with reinforced Silicone Turbo Inlet Hose for much higher airflow between intake and turbo.
