Custom Cast Compressor and Turbine Housings: Spool Performance’s IFX1100 turbochargers feature custom cast compressor and turbine housings. While maintaining the familiar OEM AR (Aspect Ratio) profile, both the compressor and turbine housings are optimized with a larger A/R. This adjustment allows for improved airflow and efficiency, enabling these turbos to generate significantly higher power at increased boost pressures. This ensures a balance between maximum horsepower output and efficient airflow for both track and street performance.

Enlarged Compressor and Turbine Wheels: The IFX1100 turbos are equipped with enlarged compressor wheels designed to maintain the quick-spooling characteristics of the OEM blade profile while significantly increasing the diameter. This is another original product brought to you by our engineers and in-house fabrication team. The CTS Turbo Muffler delete is a one-piece design, made using precision CAD tools and is CNC machining in house. Our Turbo Muffler delete replaces the restrictive, power robbing OEM Turbo Muffler, which is designed to reduce turbocharger harmonic noise. Our kit installs in 30 minutes with standard hand tools and fits perfectly. For those of you that want optimal power and boost response, this TMD is your answer. Features:

Introducing our TTE700 performance turbocharger based on the original EA855 DAZA turbocharger to new higher output specification for fitment to the older generation cars. Offering an upgrade to over 600PS on pump petrol.

Engineered & Enhanced

At the core of our TTE700 is a much larger TTE compressor wheel, chosen because it is highly efficient and creates an extremely high flow for comparative size. Re-Profiled compressor cover to optimised tolerance to ensure maximum compressor efficiency is given.

We CNC mill the exhaust turbine housing to accept a larger turbine and shaft. Special profile 360 deg high-performance motorsport journal bearing is fitted, to remain durable at higher loads with no loss in transient response. The actuator used is sprung OE unit

If ordering new, we use the latest generation of BorgWarner original turbochargers with the latest spec Audi thermal heat isolation shielding on the exhaust manifold & turbine housing to lower engine bay temperatures and ensure the best performance and safety.

Please note if you send an older generation turbo, without the original AUDI thermal shielding for the "upgrade" process, we will rework your turbo and return without the shielding, unless you buy the extra thermal Isolation process.  Depending on stock availability we may substitute TTE thermal shielding and give AUDI original thermal shielding instead. 

We cannot upgrade the ORIGINAL K16 CEPA, CEPB OR CZGB Turbo to this stage, Biggest possible for the K16 is the TTE500+ Upgrade Turbocharger

Equilibrium Precisely balancing our turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Subsequent great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieving our balance standards. Firstly parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using our single parts machine, then components are assembled and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced, but this time depending on application at up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using our in-house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial numbered balance test result document.

The OEM plastic charge pipes that are prone to failing when going beyond stock boost levels. Our charge pipes are mandrel bent aluminum tubing with 1/8′ NPT bungs for water injection.

WHAT THE TURBO MUFFLER DELETE DOES.

Our Turbo Muffler Delete is a sleek single billet design which replaces the restrictive, power-robbing compressor outlet with a smooth, turbulence free air path exiting the turbo.

  • The standard part is located on the outlet of the turbo compressor and is simply designed to reduce engine bay acoustics.
  • Whilst it subdues the harmonic noises generated by the turbo, it also adds in disruptive turbulence to the airflow right where you don't want it.  
  • By replacing the standard part with our maximum diameter Turbo Muffler Delete, you’ll replace this unwanted restriction with a smooth CFD-developed uninterrupted air path
  • The result: noticeably better boost response giving a little more power and throttle reaction, all the while being able to actually hear your turbo working.
