Custom Cast Compressor and Turbine Housings: Spool Performance’s IFX1100 turbochargers feature custom cast compressor and turbine housings. While maintaining the familiar OEM AR (Aspect Ratio) profile, both the compressor and turbine housings are optimized with a larger A/R. This adjustment allows for improved airflow and efficiency, enabling these turbos to generate significantly higher power at increased boost pressures. This ensures a balance between maximum horsepower output and efficient airflow for both track and street performance.

Enlarged Compressor and Turbine Wheels: The IFX1100 turbos are equipped with enlarged compressor wheels designed to maintain the quick-spooling characteristics of the OEM blade profile while significantly increasing the diameter. This allows for over 1000+ wheel horsepower (whp) potential, ensuring rapid power delivery and minimized turbo lag.

In addition to the compressor wheel upgrade, the turbine wheel has also been significantly enlarged and optimized with a refined profile. Introducing our TTE700 performance turbocharger based on the original EA855 DAZA turbocharger to new higher output specification for fitment to the older generation cars. Offering an upgrade to over 600PS on pump petrol.

Engineered & Enhanced

At the core of our TTE700 is a much larger TTE compressor wheel, chosen because it is highly efficient and creates an extremely high flow for comparative size. Re-Profiled compressor cover to optimised tolerance to ensure maximum compressor efficiency is given.

If ordering new, we use the latest generation of BorgWarner original turbochargers with the latest spec Audi thermal heat isolation shielding on the exhaust manifold & turbine housing to lower engine bay temperatures and ensure the best performance and safety.

Please note if you send an older generation turbo, without the original AUDI thermal shielding for the "upgrade" process, we will rework your turbo and return without the shielding, unless you buy the extra thermal Isolation process.  Depending on stock availability we may substitute TTE thermal shielding and give AUDI original thermal shielding instead. 

We cannot upgrade the ORIGINAL K16 CEPA, CEPB OR CZGB Turbo to this stage, Biggest possible for the K16 is the TTE500+ Upgrade Turbocharger
